Asthijivak — I have ordered the product but not received

I have ordered the astijivak order I'd is ASTHI-166499 and made the payment, but not received the product and even tried to talk to the concerned persons but not satisfactory response.
Please suggest me what to do, even now I am not interested in the product too, so I want to take the refund.

We buyed asthijivak on 9/02/2017, the product was not that much affective and getting rashess on the knee and swelling from 4day, I called customer care they are not responding properly and product not taking back
