Asthijivak — No pain relief, fake product

My name is gaurav kumar. I had ordered asthijivak for my mother & she used it for 2 week but my mother told me it is not effective and pain is still there. Then i talked to their customer care about refund then customer care convince me to use this product for one week again and call her after 1 week. After one week, no relief. I called again then she start telling me their 15 days policy. They people only making fool of people. I request to ban this product and advertising company as they are playing with old peoples pain's. I am not expecting any refund as several people are suffering for their refund. But i am hoping strict action this product.
