Asthijivak — Not getting any relief from asthijivak

I ordered this product on 24 auguest 2016 for my mother and the despite of getting relief the pain has increased upto a level where she is not able to walk now. These companys and the agents are making fool of the customer's. I request you to please refund my amount of rs3260 on the urgent basis. Else i will be escalating this matter and will be taking the case to consumer court. I will take out this irrelevance of the product in media so that other customer's dont waste thier money in this product.
