My name is amit juneja, actually i buy online asthijivak product of amount rs 3260 on dated 15th april, 2016. And they dispatched it 18th april, we received on dated 22nd
That product code was asthi-100589.

When i received i used on my knee, there is so itching on my knee which was unbearable. I washed it. Then second day i again put it on my knee same problem came. Then i call to asthijivak complaint no [protected], they said return the product by courier on our address, we will give your money in your a/c, then we courier it on dated 24th april.
They called they received the product. But still they not transferred money back in our a/c.
I tried to call so many times on asthijivak complaint no. But they are not picking the call.
