Asthijivak — Product has not reached till date

My order was booked on goa address on 9 mar post confirming the delivery date by 14 mar as it was clearly told to them that post that date I will not be available in the city. i received a call on 11 mar stating that the product had reached in goa and will be delivered in 2 days. on 19 mar I got a call from them stating that the order is ready and receive it. As i was not in station I cancelled that order and ordered a fresh delivery on mathura address.I have asked twice about the status of my delivery, but neither they have delivered the product nor gave any call for the same. Im now TOTALLY FRUSTRATED.

why do you want to waste your money for a product which is ineffective and company which make tall claims for funding but does not refund. In fact action should be taken not only against company but Mr Anu Kapoor for befooling old people by endorsing it.
