[Resolved] ATC India Pvt. Ltd — Unable to find confirmed tickets under Booked History | |||
Upgraded IRCTC site is unable to show all the booked/confirmed tickets under My Transactions -> Booked History. This is a very serious issue and needs immediate attention. Called IRCTC helpline, but it seemed they did not even understand what I was trying to explain. Not sure if they understand terminologies of IRCTC. Please let me know if there is any alternate way to access the booked tickets, I want to cancel these tickets as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Resolving this as I entered my company's name instead of IRCTC. I think this website need to give clear instructions of what value to enter in what fields. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
