Atm Fraud — atm transaction

On 12th july i made an atm withdrawl of rs 2000 from united bank of india atm through my icici atm debit card at malda. But due to the atm problem cash was not dispensed. But amount was debited from my account. I have launched complaint on 19th july but after that icici bank replied that it was an successful transaction as per the reply they have got from united bank of india. On 20th august again icici bank asked for cctv footage from that bank but till today i have not get any answer and money back. I am assuring you that i have not received the money from atm. It is absolutely a atm fraud. Even my atm card stucked into machine and after approx 10 min i got my card back. There was no gaurd. So it might be a huge fraud in coming days with someone else. So please look into the matter.
