Atom Tech — Regarding a payment through upi for registration in jpu

With humble requested i beg to say that i paid an amount of 300 rupees for registration in jp university, chhapra.
I have paid through phonepe, the amount is deducted from phonepe but it couldn't paid in merchant account. So please raise my problem and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you.
