I have ordered a Blackberry phone and cancelled it.I have paid the amount of around Rs.7k, This was in the year 2017.I called the customer care several times and they always said they've refunded the amount, it is 2024 but I never recieved a refund.They've given me a reference Id, I've taken it to the bank and bank said no amount is credited.I tried I tried the customer service and they never answered again.I am raising this compaint again today cause I suddenly remembered that these people scammed me of Rs.7k which is not a less amount.I would appreciate the company if they could resolve the problem and issue a refund atleast now.

    Ordered rog 3 on 2nd sep and paid through my credit card and it was expected to deliver on 7th sep but today it is 7th and still the phone is not packed. Contacted flipkart they told me that we need 72 hours to to call me with an result.
    They will call me after 3 days then again it will take 10 days to deliver means i will already waste 1month.
    My bank already charged me 300rs for using this card.
    Wth is this flipkart.

          I made a mobile purchase from togofo website on march 21 by making online payments.2+ month have come yet mobile is not delivered. Delivery has been started from today, yet customer service says that the service is not operational and mobile is being sold on the website. I called 3 times, mailed them, then they picked up the call, i asked them to give their senior number, then they said what would they do? And he says, mail, then the phone is cut off, this is customer service? Please look into it.

            I called the customer care to delete my togofogo account and i have also created a ticket for the same (Tt[protected]).
            On calling the representative he asked about the query and said he will respond in 5 mins as time went by i called again regarding the query and the representative said that 5 minutes hasn't passed by yet.
            I dont know what or how to say to them to delete my account from their database.
            Kindly help me through it.

                It's show minus balance plz check and resolve it
                I will cancel three prepaid orders one is to[protected] for rs 5399
                Second one is to[protected] for rs 500
                Third one is to[protected] for rs 5399
                I will cancel these three prepaid order... But my wallet balance gone wrong... Rectify my issue...

                    I purchased Iphone 6s order id is TO[protected], billing date 06 jun 2019, product received today i.e. on 11 june 2019. i got a different colored product, i am facing network problem and some quality issues. the product purchased under 3 days return policy. i contacted togofogo through mobile but they are not helping me. i also mailed them but they are not replying for the further steps. they have not generated the return link in my order section, updated the order as delivered. they are trying to pass the 3 days. please help.

                    you can see, one page is showing the product as delivered and on the other page they are not updating the delivery status and have not generated the return link as it is under three days return policy.

Biggest fraud site ever seen in my life...This website is selling faulty mobiles guys don't buy anything from this site...Lots of fatty pigs are change the name and working in the company to loot money from Indian customers...Don't buy anything from unauthorized website like Togofogo...this company steals lots of Indian customers amount...

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            I have ordered a one plus mobile from togofogo.com on 7th may 2019 with sub-order no: to[protected]-1154239 and its 29th while am posting the compliant no information as to when i will receive the order. None of them will receive the call and they are hardly bothered to answer to emails sent twice during this period. As per your page the order has been shipped already on 12th of may and its 29th of may 2019, no information at all about the proceedings. Also the docket number is an wrong one. There is no place to cancel the order as well, please get my money refunded and do the needful.
                            With thousands of complaints against them and no spine to address the valuable customer issues, its better to ban this fraudulent site and avoid people in future to go through this hardship from their hard earned money.

                                I had ordered refurbished apple i phone 5 16 gb on 17 the april on prepaid basis via order no. To[protected]-1152093
                                From 19th april onwards, i was getting message that the item has been shipped but till now there is no trace of the item. I called twice on the helpline no. But they always say there was some dispute with the courier co. It has been resolved now and you will get the delivey in net two three days.

                                    I bought a laptop by prepayment on 6th of march but not yet delivered. When we call customer care number no proper response, when i tell my register number itself they are disconnecting the call. And i several mails to either refund or deliver the product no response from any one. They looted my money.

                                      Product : apple iphone 7 256 gb multicolor (Box opened)

                                      I bought the iphone 7 256 gb, from togofogo.com on 26th september 2018. It was an "box opened" order.
                                      According to togofogo.com "box opened" means, "box opened products are absolutely new and in perfect working condition. The seals on the original boxes carrying these devices are open and the boxes might have some minor wear and tear."

                                      When it arrived, it arrived i saw the charger broken, it was also not the original one.
                                      I did not bother as it was a minor issue and decided not to contact togofogo.com.
                                      The phone looked okay from outside and i was happy.

                                      After using it for 2 weeks, i saw the home button moving in a wrong manner.

                                      After inspection realized that the home button was loose and was coming off.
                                      I contacted togofogo on call to tell them about this issue asking for a solution, they asked me to get in touch with warranty bazaar.
                                      After contacting warranty bazaar, they said they will email me and i had to reply with the details.

                                      I recently replied to warranty bazaar's email with the details and the pictures, but the email bounced from their servers. Their email id was not working.

                                      I thought it would be a normal issue and continued to use the phone for a few more time.

                                      Recently, after the home button started malfunctioning really bad, i took it to an authorized apple service centre (Icentre) in bangalore, they checked the phone and told me that the phone was tampered from inside.
                                      They later shared an image of the inside of the phone (Pfa), which shows that there is a part which is missing within the phone. I was shocked.

                                      I later took the phone to another apple repair company called iservice, they also said that some part is missing inside the phone and they would not repair it.

                                      My issue is, if i ordered a "box opened" product, which according to togofogo's website says, it's brand new and unused, how can it be tampered/opened/repaired/dissected before?
                                      I contacted the togofogo customer support, there mr. Rahul after listening to my issue says that he cannot help me this issue and i have to contact warranty bazaar.
                                      Warranty bazaar says, they can't do anything as its togofogo's issue.
                                      I called togofogo again, and mr. Rahul again says that he can't help me this.
                                      I told him to help me here, he says he can't as it comapny policy.

                                      I read the order details carefully, togofogo website says "box opened" products are absolutely new and in perfect working condition. The seals on the original boxes carrying these devices are open and the boxes might have some minor wear and tear.

                                      But i am amazed at how they sold me a phone which was opened by some unauthorised person before.

                                      This is not acceptable.

                                      The phone is completely dead and is of my no use.

                                      I have complete records on email & images about what apple diagnosed about the phone.

                                      Please help me here.

                                      I request a complete refund of the amount (Rs. 35, 319) i paid to togofogo.com, and want strict action against them as they did not help me.

                                      Togofogo team is just "copy-pasting" messages here. If your team reads the issue here carefully, it's about selling a damaged product, it's about cheating the customers.

                                      And when I received the product, I trusted Togofogo and I did not have to open the phone cover to check if it's tampered from inside. Togofogo has sold me a phone which in which a part is missing. How shameful. Such a scam!

                                      Moreover, Warranty Bazaar email is not working. PFA the image attached.

                                        I ordered a certified refurbished iphone mobile through togofogo without finger print sensor but i received a totally defective product with lot of physical and software problems like front camera not working, gone blank again and again forcing to restart, very poor battery backup as it was not at all usable product. But i received that on 27-dec-2018 and returned on 30th dec. As they accept my request after verification of video proofs through emails. But there is no communication from either from togofogo or from their seller also no acknowledgement from the courier e.com express. After repeated requests now they say the product will be replaced. I ask for refund or choice selecting better product which they not accepting. They saystheir company policy will not allow such things. It highly deplorable trading practice nothing less than cheating.

                                        I waited for 24 long days, you looted my money and my order is still not delivered. I should inform you that your customer service was superb. Most of the time i speak to a guy call Mr Ashish, a good for nothing Guy. He only one answer for any request is...No...No...No...

                                        I have all the phone recordings with you customer service, i make this complete story in to line of video, and will post soon.

                                        Togofogo wont grow further, they go down day by day because of your service.

                                        After all i spoke to Guy in phone number : [protected], and he is in search of logistic team. But not yet found. If possible anyone from togofogo try and help him to trace your logistic who went to darks for such long days.
