I bought the iphone 7 256 gb, from togofogo.com on 26th september 2018. It was an "box opened" order.
According to togofogo.com "box opened" means, "box opened products are absolutely new and in perfect working condition. The seals on the original boxes carrying these devices are open and the boxes might have some minor wear and tear."
When it arrived, it arrived i saw the charger broken, it was also not the original one.
I did not bother as it was a minor issue and decided not to contact togofogo.com.
The phone looked okay from outside and i was happy.
After using it for 2 weeks, i saw the home button moving in a wrong manner.
After inspection realized that the home button was loose and was coming off.
I contacted togofogo on call to tell them about this issue asking for a solution, they asked me to get in touch with warranty bazaar.
After contacting warranty bazaar, they said they will email me and i had to reply with the details.
I recently replied to warranty bazaar's email with the details and the pictures, but the email bounced from their servers. Their email id was not working.
I thought it would be a normal issue and continued to use the phone for a few more time.
Recently, after the home button started malfunctioning really bad, i took it to an authorized apple service centre (Icentre) in bangalore, they checked the phone and told me that the phone was tampered from inside.
They later shared an image of the inside of the phone (Pfa), which shows that there is a part which is missing within the phone. I was shocked.
I later took the phone to another apple repair company called iservice, they also said that some part is missing inside the phone and they would not repair it.
My issue is, if i ordered a "box opened" product, which according to togofogo's website says, it's brand new and unused, how can it be tampered/opened/repaired/dissected before?
I contacted the togofogo customer support, there mr. Rahul after listening to my issue says that he cannot help me this issue and i have to contact warranty bazaar.
Warranty bazaar says, they can't do anything as its togofogo's issue.
I called togofogo again, and mr. Rahul again says that he can't help me this.
I told him to help me here, he says he can't as it comapny policy.
I read the order details carefully, togofogo website says "box opened" products are absolutely new and in perfect working condition. The seals on the original boxes carrying these devices are open and the boxes might have some minor wear and tear.
But i am amazed at how they sold me a phone which was opened by some unauthorised person before.
This is not acceptable.
The phone is completely dead and is of my no use.
I have complete records on email & images about what apple diagnosed about the phone.
Please help me here.
I request a complete refund of the amount (Rs. 35, 319) i paid to togofogo.com, and want strict action against them as they did not help me.

Updated by maildebjyotidas Togofogo team is just "copy-pasting" messages here. If your team reads the issue here carefully, it's about selling a damaged product, it's about cheating the customers.
And when I received the product, I trusted Togofogo and I did not have to open the phone cover to check if it's tampered from inside. Togofogo has sold me a phone which in which a part is missing. How shameful. Such a scam!
Moreover, Warranty Bazaar email is not working. PFA the image attached.
Please cancel and refund the money to my account.
