Ats Infrastructure — regarding payment refund for ats dolce unit 2292, deal cancelled by ats

HI team,

As i have informed over the call about the rejection of the offer for 2292 unit due to legal issue, I still have not received any official mail for the same, like I have got for the offer for the booking amount.

The Person Invoolved in the same were Sarthar rastogi and Niket Roshan verma.

The cheque I have given for the amount ₹ 7, 38, 000 as a booking amount is debited from my account. Now I need that money as the offer rejected by you. So refund my money as soon as possible along with below list:

1. The scanned copy of interest document.
2. The rejection mail stating the proper reason of rejection.
3. Mail stating that my money will be credited on 20th of Jan 2020 at any cost (As verbally communicated by both sales person)

I need to final another property which I have finalized, so required money to book the same, so I need my Money ASAP. Please do the needful.

If there will be any delay then I’ll have to bear the loss of property I am finalizing and Then have to take some strong legal actions.

If my money will not be credited on 20th of Jan 2020 at any cost, i will never hesitate filing a lawsuit against you.

Its already 5 days passed since i mailed you and the response is not received. and already 10 days since you cancelled the deal and didn't even bother to inform. In fact i have not received any mail till now. So how can i believe its a genuine excuse not an Scam.
