I am dealing with a couple of people from ATS Sales team, Mr. Ashish Kelkar and Saurabh Arora. I have already made 90% payments towards the property and was verbally committed a delivery date of 20 November 2020. Now when I go see the property no work seems to be done and none of these gentleman seem to be responding to my calls and emails.

Very bad service from ats happy trails finance team, i always did payment on time and before date. At the same time i send transfer proof to ats team but still they don't have time to update in their system. They always send me new invoice with bank charges & previous outstanding balance.

I was being charged water and sewage charges as per my flat area but this year the charges have been unduly increased and new area (More than area in my registry) has been considered for charges.
