I am dealing with a couple of people from ATS Sales team, Mr. Ashish Kelkar and Saurabh Arora. I have already made 90% payments towards the property and was verbally committed a delivery date of 20 November 2020. Now when I go see the property no work seems to be done and none of these gentleman seem to be responding to my calls and emails.

While I wanted to buy a second house in ATS, the service just isn't worth it . I would request the team to atleast have one of the members from ATS tourmaline to give me an update on the delivery date of my apartment.

This is to flag a serious concern about owners and resident of flat no. 8082 in ats casa espana sector 121 mohali.
I am residing in the same tower on 7th floor (8072). The issue is that residents of 8082 create heavy noise such as banging of doors and dragging chairs which starts around midnight and continues till 2 am every night.

My repeated requests to the ats security and management has fallen on deaf ears. I once again urge you to intervene personally in this matter and redress the issue at the earliest.

HI team,

As i have informed over the call about the rejection of the offer for 2292 unit due to legal issue, I still have not received any official mail for the same, like I have got for the offer for the booking amount.

The Person Invoolved in the same were Sarthar rastogi and Niket Roshan verma.

The cheque I have given for the amount ₹ 7, 38, 000 as a booking amount is debited from my account....

I booked a flat 7101 in ats nobility by paying booking amount. After 45 days the company has not provided me bba and no receipts of payment. I have a loan already sanctioned for disbursal i need these docs. But this mr deepak kumar s behaviour is unprofessional and irresponsible. He has warned me to pay before 28 september otherwise he will charge interest on amount payable. This fool has send an email to pay 14lacs even if have paid half of it.
I will soon cancel the booking and lodge a case against ats promoter.

I had shown my interest in ats nobility project and paid 11000 against the booking amount of 3 lacs. However due to personal exigency i had to withdraw my expression of interest for buying flat in ats nobility. I had requested for refund of amount of 11000 i had paid against the booking amount of 3 lacs. I am following up with the ats homekraft office staff anshika tripathi and sales manager himanshu kapoor but neither any update nor the amount is refunded,
. Please help in getting the refund.

Very bad service from ats happy trails finance team, i always did payment on time and before date. At the same time i send transfer proof to ats team but still they don't have time to update in their system. They always send me new invoice with bank charges & previous outstanding balance.
Even last month they send me very strange email where they mentioned some raheja builder email like they just copy paste email from raheja builder & edited for ats.

This is Vinay Tyagi, owner of Flat No. 09101 ATS Paradiso Greens, Greater Noida. As i am living out of town/Country for a few years, i used to transfer ATS maintenance in its bank account which was given by maintenance team led by ATS representative - Mr. Akhilesh ([protected]). When i got a notice from ATS RWA that my maintenance is due and they have applied 18% penalty on due amount; i checked with Mr. Akhilesh and Paradiso staff - they updated that ATS is not taking care of Paradiso's maintenance now and they have a separate bank account. I am following Mr. Akhilesh now to transfer my balance amount from ATS account to Paradiso RWA account but he is going in a very slow process; I have provided him a letter of applied penalty by RWA, I would like to request entire ATS team that no process can be superior of someone's financial loss; please save me from heavy penalty of 18% and transfer my maintenance amount to RWA account ASAP. I would be very much thankful of you all and Mr. Akhilesh for this kind support.

Ats casa espana, sector 121 mohali, punjab.
1. Possession time for agreement done in 2013 and 2016 is same 42 months. This means for 3 years there is no progress on project and only money accumulated.
2. After 2 long years of repeated reminders on phone and email as well as repeated personal visits, finally a one line mail was received, showing a total callous attitude of the hired staff.
3. Possession date of apartments is extended by 6 months after every 6 months. Resulting in ripple effect - paying of more rent, child's schooling, job planning.
4. Leading to excessive stress due to totally an unplanned schedule and uncertainty of the project completion.
5. Small agreement compensation of ₹5/sq. Ft/month doesn't even cover the rent part. It was initially proposed that ats has not paid this delayed compensation as they always finish projects before time.

I am a resident of ats advantage project for past 5 years. I was being charged water and sewage charges as per my flat area but this year the charges have been unduly increased and new area (More than area in my registry) has been considered for charges. This is not correct kindly update correct charges. I will not pay at wrong area and charges.

My Pri lines are down past one Month. They are not giving any
resolution till now .

I had purchased a flat from ATS Infrastructure Limited sometimes in 2005-6 and had made an upfront payment of Rs44.50 lacs. The scheduled delivery of the flat was in 2008, however, despite several attempts and enquiries I was unable to get an exact time of delivery without satisfactory explantion on the delay. In the original sale of agreement, a clause of interest payment in case of delayed delivery had been mentioned.

I had been writing several mails to them and in August 2010 got an offer without exact flat number alloted or any details of balance payment. I had been requesting them for these including the interest that shall be payable to me. Till recently I had been getting a response - we will get back to you.

Now I have received a mail from them on what is the balance payable by me for maintenance charges etc. In addition the interest offered by them is 6% and that too not till recent but only till August 2010.

I do not agree to this since

1) the delay is from there side and they haven't even given me the possession yet.
2) the delay has been unreasonable more than 2 years and an interest of 6% is unreasonable as this is not market related as no funds are available at this rate.

I look forward for a solution to the above situation.
