Very very poor company. Its been 31 days and there is no news of the shoes. The company has the most useless WhatsApp customer service which only has a very random auto responder or so it seems. Their is no reply on the phone number. I paid by card and am just hoping that I can get a refund as I dont think I will ever get the shoes. The owners / cofounders Sneh Verma and Shivam Mishra should be personally hauled up and penalized for cheating people. The reviews on there site are all fake and misleading. The authorities should take strict and punitive action against the company Marketing King Online Pvt Ltd and the co-founders and all the office bearers. Was this information helpful? |
