Please be aware, this is a fake site and customers will have hell of a problem. Please do not loose money, have lost it already.

I had bought a pair of shoes from Attitudist (order number 556947) which was delivered on 12th April.

Then could see that they have delivered one 6 no and another 8 no though I ordered for 8 no EU42. I raised an exchange order on 13th April.

Now despite repeated follow ups there is no pick up for the last 10 days. I know that I have been cheated like many more customers. These are fake sites which cheat and then do not respod knowing well that customer will stop after some time.

Really, these kind of cheats must be brought to book.

I have twice placed the orders online and successfully got it registered. My order numbers were[protected].Both these ordered were returned by the delivery persons as I could not picked up their phones as I was in court. Subsequently I tried to contact them back but they were not picking up the phones nor did they call me back .I brought all these facts to the notice of the customer care team on their email ID [protected]@attitudist.com. In order to clear my position however, no response was received. On 4th April 2023 I received a call from their number [protected] informing me that the order has not been cancelled but only failed to deliver and whether I would like to redeliver the same. When I concurred with the same I was told that the same would be delivered to my residential address on 5th of April 2023.I did not receive any call nor was the product delivered on 5th of April 2023. No intimation was given to me till 6th of April 2023. On 6th of April 2023 I received a message on WhatsApp at 22.58 stating therein that your order status is showing RTO delivered. No one explained me the term RTO. The product was undelivered to me twice. I immediately wrote to their customer care email ID as stated hereinabove on 7th of April 2023. However, the fate was same. My email was neither acknowledged nor replied. It is specified on their website that if you want to lodge a complaint then call on their number [protected].When I called one Mr.Satishkumar picked up the phone. He was unable to reply to any of my queries. He registered my complaint No.27914 but did not know how to pursue the same. He was not ready to give any of the executive's number. He said he did not have any access to see the emails sent to them. He was only advising to place the fresh order.
The entire episode smelt a rat. There is no one to take the cognizance of the plight of the customer. They are making mockery of the system and making fun of the customers and mischief was committed and the same should be investigated and the perpetrators should be brought to the book. The facts should be made known so that the others customers would not suffer unnecessarily.

I have ordered a sports shoes from Attitudist, But due to pathetic quality I have returned the shoes which got picked by company people as well.

After several reminders they put my money in their STORE CREDIT, which I can't use to buy anything else other then their own website.

This is a clear case of cheating with customers, however in the name of hand crafted articles they are selling very cheap quality shoes on a high prices.

Please help me getting my money back.

I have ordered a sport shoes which was very poor in the quality parameters. Which I later returned, but instead of returning the amount in my respective Bank / UPI they put my money in STORE CREDIT. Direclty / Indirectly they are keeping my money hostile and not returning the money as they mentioned they have a policy around this.

I had bought a pair of shoes from Attitudist (order number 429601) which was delivered somewhere around February 14.

Then the quality of the shoes were very poor and I asked for an exchange. The exchange order number 512268 was delivered on 9th March.

Now, the shoe size was not correct as I had mistakenly given the wrong shoe size EU 6 and again I asked for a replace.

This time they said I have to return the shoes to their warehouse in New Delhi and as soon as they receive the product they will ship the correct size (EU 7) pair of shoes

Plot no - 928/29, najdeek Hanuman mandir, firni road, tikri kalan, New Delhi - 110041.

Now, I have sent the shoes, called helpdesk a number of times but no one cares. I came to know that the address provided by them is wrong and the shoes have been returned to me. The courier charges of 190 had to be given by me unnecessarily. The helpdesk people just don't care and keep on delaying.

This is completely frustrating.

Attitudist fraud sales online. Please ban all websites immediately.

HI i have purchased shoes in attitudist due to product is not good and its a made up with cheap rezin pvc plastic so i have returend on the next day .

They have not refunded the amount i made several call's and mail after many day's they have refund the amount into their webiste in wallet which i can't use or buy form other website except their website.

They are thinking they are smart and they did fraud to me.

I request you to please file a police case and try to refund the amount in my bank same payment method . Google pay or Phone Pay.

Biggest fraud company which I have seen in my career which name is attitudist.com.

I have order shoes from attitudist and they delivered product after 35days which is too late, when I check product I was shocked that product which I have received is totally different rather than the product which I have ordered, small size and meterial was not good.

I returned product as they are not having bigger size option for any product and I required bigger size.

Now after complete return process they have give me my money back in their wallet which is useless for me as they don't have size option in any product.

When I reached to their costumer care they are saying they don't have any other option and they can't provide money in bank account and even not providing bigger size product which I want.

They have stuck my money and now not replying on emails and calls

Dear sir I have placed an order on November 14 for which the product was received but size does not fit so I have returned and placed another order on Jan 14 2023 till date (I.e 18feb2023) they have not updated the order status not delivered and no response for mails and calls...

I have ordered loafer worth rupees 699, but due to big size i returned the order and exchange with another but due to late delivery i cancelled my order but didn't get return payment in bank they give store credit which is useless.

I have ordered a pair of shoes on 6th Jan, 2023 with a promised delivery within 30days. More than a month has passed and there is no sign of the shoes. I have followed up on WhatsApp and email. Nothing seems to be working and they wanted me to cancel the order and keep the money with them as credit and use it for another purchase. When they cannot even comply with one order, I don't understand the policy behind keeping a credit of the unsuccessful orders.

By looking at the number of complaints, they are fraudsters who are out to make a quick buck and run away.

I have ordered mens Attitudist Blue & Green Clogs For Men on 16.01.2023 and till date i haven't received my order. My order id is 430764. Even after calling 3-4 times at customer care but didn't get a satisfactory answer. even after repeatedly asking they don't know anything about order and even he was speaking like recorded Tap. There is no Senior available for answer.
This is a very ridiculous and pathetic situation.

Brown / UK 8 / EU 42 on 2nd Jan 2023 I received different shoe on 22nd Jan 2023 again I request to exchange after 7days I received order today I weared this shoe this shoe is useless quality so I decided to return so I call on customer care number they are saying we can't allow to return or exchange because after 7days don't allow to return or exchange I want my money back 820rs kindly help me out

Worst experience with ATTITUDIST
I had ordered a a pair of shoes from there online store, I got my shoes after more than 35 days. that too soles were torn.
Upon reaching out to them on their whatsapp number no one responded.

I had made an prepaid order no. 383853 on 28.Dec.22, till now it was not delivered to me, everytime i call customer care they say in 4-5 days it will be delivered and their 4-5 days never come.
Just to check the reality i made a dummy order with COD and i was surprised ot was delivered within 4 days only.
Then i again called to customer care to tell them this thing they were making there own story for not delivering.
This is an fraud company once your hard earned money go to them they keep it their pocket and they don't refund it.
We all need to file a police complaint about thi fraud company.

Order no. 357610 of a pair of shoes is still not delivered which amount is already paid now care no. [protected] is also switched off. no body responding now. Delivery boy never contacted me, an on 19/01/2023 when I contacted he told me till evening he will deliver after that he did not came. He is fraud. and produced false report that person is not at address Please either deliver my order or refund my amount. soon..

Ordered shoes on 26th dec 2022 and still not recieved any order. Tried contacting them on phone, whatsapp, instgram. Even mailed them but not responding to any of those conversation.

I purchased shoes and requested exchange of size but no pick agent arrived single time and company sending message as multiple attempts failed and we hope you liked product.
Now trying to contact customer service no one is responding on whatsapp nor call is helpful. Bad after sales service. No service. No response. Fake promise. Fooling customers.

I ordered a pair of shoes. I found its size a little big so I immediately processed for an exchange. My courier arrived around 1st January but they still haven't given me the store credit or gift card. Whenever I send a message, I get only one reply that it will be received in 2-3 days. But today it has been 12 days and still nothing has been found. There is no number to talk to. I think this is a fraud company.

I had placed an order with Attitudist shoes in October. My order no is 261914. Its been 2 months+ and I still havnt received my order. Their watsapp customer service is useless. /their telephone number doesnt work. They are not refunding my money either. This company was created just to defraud customers. My order worth was Rs. 799, as I had paid for them in the introductory sale offer. Imagine, if they stole Rs. 799 from me, they could have done this with thousands of people. Even if they defrauded 1000 people till now, the amount reaches to Rs. 799000. Please help me in getting my refund and get this fraud company closed.

Worse service ever, After i order it has been 30+ days and no update at all, finally canceled order and no refund news also, support also not taking call, whatsapp support also not responding at all.

Very very poor company. Its been 31 days and there is no news of the shoes. The company has the most useless WhatsApp customer service which only has a very random auto responder or so it seems. Their is no reply on the phone number. I paid by card and am just hoping that I can get a refund as I dont think I will ever get the shoes. The owners / cofounders Sneh Verma and Shivam Mishra should be personally hauled up and penalized for cheating...

Ordered a pair of shoes on Oct 12th. Order ID is 3002 401 for a total amount of 899.2. They keep on sending message that it will be delivered in 10 to 30 days. One day they sent a mail that it is delivered. And it never delivered. Once you reach the customer care whatsapp number, they sent a standard message that we are here to help...But literally they don't answer to your order details or delivery. Please stay away from this company. Its a fraud company, true caller also reported this number as Spam

I booked a pair of shoes on 4.11.22, My order No. is 284837 I was told they will be dispatched within 10 to 30 days. It is over a month now and yet there is a repeated message stating that the shoes will be dispatched in 10 to 30 days.
