I purchased a product on May 5, 2024, with Order ID 929842. Since then, I have had multiple follow-ups with customer support regarding my order status and potential refund. Unfortunately, the responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful. Initially, I was repeatedly asked if I needed a refund, without any clear instructions or next steps.
After 3 months of persistence, I was finally sent information on how the refund process works, which was not available earlier. Now, when I check the status of my order, it states "Order not found." This has caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
Desirable Resolution: I am requesting a full refund for my purchase. Please ensure this process is expedited, as the delay and lack of clear communication have already caused enough inconvenience.
