I paid a quantity for 5K for opening a savings bank account in order to proceed for KYC. They rejected me during the KYC and they said they will return the money in 10-12 days. Right now is the 12th day and the money hasn't been reimbursed. I don't even think what they're doing should be legal. Asking for money to do KYC.

I want to inform that au small finance bank is one of the most unsafe service centre. Every month after 15th all employees are working till 9pm ... Lte sitting in the branch and no CCTV camera in the branch. Maximus employees smoking in the fornt of the main door. And every month after Saturday no holiday there including Sunday also working. How to feel safe for employees there. Please look in to this matter they broke the labour court policy and code of conduct. If anything happened with a lady staff or gent's staff who will take responsibility.

My name is Sunil Takhtani, I have never taken any LOAN from AU finance, but all my phonebook CONTACTs and the phone book CONTACTs of even my relatives have been hijacked by this firm and they are calling everyone and abusing them even at thier workplace, stating that i have taken LOAN from them.

What kind of ### bank and service or finance is this? I even tried to CONTACT thier zonal officers, but none of them is picking the call.

If i have taken LOAN as per you, then why are you not CONTACTing me.

Its plain simple fraud and abusing thier power of a bank

Dear sir, myself dr badri prasad yadav my car loan no is L[protected] and I pay emi on time but I have amount in another account so during loan given au bank loan provider person mr birbal choudhary from rings au bank committed that always providing a reminder call and massage before emi but many time due to their irresponsibility too much charges applied and emi cheque showed bounces and also commitment I gave you lowest Interest rate rather then sbi axix and pnb but his done fraud and my ir for new car loan is approx 10percent which is highest then market any finencer or bank
Please take a serious action against au fraud person and team to prevent bad rummer and bad marketing for au bank and small finance company, customers are the main part of any finencer company to help in au small finance to became a bank, wish to solve my issue urgent and remove fraud person and company from market to avoid customer losses

मैंने लोन लेने के लिए विजय यादव जो शाहपुरा बैंक में काम करता है के पास मेरी लोन की फाइल लगाई थी। मैंने उसे जो मेरे पहले लोन चल रहे थे उनके बारे में अवगत करवा दिया था। उसने मुझसे है ₹4130 फाइल चार्ज के नाम पर ले लिए। साथ ही यह कहा कि यदि मेरा लोन केंसिल या नहीं हो तो वह मुझे 4130 रुपए वापस कर देगा। मेरी लोन फाइल कैंसिल होने के बाद मुझे अभी तक मेरे पैसे वापस नहीं किए गए हैं। विजय यादव ने भी पैसे वापस लौटाने से मना कर दिया। वह धमकी देता है कि "चाहे जिसके पास शिकायत कर लो मैं एयू बैंक का भी बाप हूं। एयू बैंक को‌ भी पैसे वापस नहीं करुं।"
श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि मेरे रुपए वापस करवाने का श्रम करें।

I have applied a very small loan for rupees 60000/- in the first time they told me u need to pay the processing fees which is 6000/- rupees which I have paid on time the By mistake I gave put the wrong bank details they charged 18000/- rupees and it got declined as i put the remark wrong the I paid this 18000/- for at least 4-5 times then I got cleared. At that time the amt became 1 lakh 52000. Then they said I have made may payment for bank corrections I need to prove my ability to pay they charged me 33000 rupees. I paid that as well when everything got cleared they increase the loan amount for about 5 lakhs i choose to opt the money as I have my wedding this month. Now as time went after 2 days they asked me to pay 50000 which I dint have and was not willing to pay but the person manuplated me and said i will pay 20000 and he will lend money from colleagues 30000 then at the time after the payment I told them I will pay the amt after the loan will get dispersal I asked them multiple times do i have any extra charges they said no nothing multiple times then after the payment was done they stopped the financial transfer and asked me to pay the amt the loan agent paid for me still I paid the amt and got that cleared. Now in next day morning they asked me to pay 1 lakh rupees as make me the member to the company did not informed me any thing about this. even nothing is documents. Just the agreement shows that the amt and the service charges to be paid. They have been harassing me a lot and asking me to pay. My lot of money is stuck they are not refunding they can keep the service charges but at least sent me my paid amt. I am really person. I don't have money to waste Either they give me my loan or refund my money that I have paid. I also have all the chats if required

I want to clam for charges are deduct from my au loan account.
ECS/NACH is hit on every 10th of month and I have sufficient fund in my account but ECS/NACH is not withdraw amount and after some time I have received a massage that the ECS/NACH is bounce for " insufficient fund in account" then same day I'm done payment from Paytm to Au .
Please resolve my problem and get legal action to au financiers.
I want to received my bounce charges money.

Plz sir meri request h ki aap koi karwayi kare take ye loan thik se logo ko jankari de or logo ko andere me na rakhkhe, jaise kaam kharab kiya h aapke bank walo ne wase kisi or ka na kar sake meri puri planning par pani get diya or beijjati or karwa do

i amit bhowad i take a loan against tourist car in 2018 in november .
i give all document and i all emi on time . on that time aufinance cbd navi mumbai officer said all rto transfer done by au finance, but still they not do, my car paper expire on may 2019 and i fallow up all the time from the aufinance . but they not responce right now from the one year i cant make any income from the car and they asking about emi . without paper i cant drive on the road .

they took all orignal document with them and rto transfer ammout rs 25000/- also in 2018 .
from the paper expire i lost my business worth rs 45000/ per month

Emi amount is 10267/per month
For 5 month 51200/-
And penalty 52000/-

Sir ...mai silai ka kaam krta hu ..or lockdown. K karan shop band h or income zero. Or jo h us se badi mushkil se ghar ka kharch chala raha hu aj tal loan ki saari emi time per bhari but lockdown k karan abhi mushkil ho rhi h
News mai bataya ki 3 month aage badh jayegi EMI but jb bank customer care per baat hui to kaha ki time per hi rahegi emi kyoki RBI ne nivedan kiya h aadesh nhi h...

Last year a field officer came at my office and opened my saving account im not using that account and now the account balance is showing-3500 for non mantanance charges but i don't know about the non mantanance charges then why i need to pay
If is there any charges so bank should be inform me first

Disputed unauthorised happened in from my saving account as above on 10 .12.19 by UPI ID of Rs 14140.Total 5 transactions done by transfers in other bank account .No OPT was send for any transaction only Alert on Mobile that above transaction is made was informed.I intend to take legal action on bank on as deficiencies in service .Also complain in consumer court will be done as no action is inciated by bank .

मी मधुकर काळदाते मी एक au‌‌ बेंक कडून लोन गेतलाई ते माझे कडून देणं होत नसलेनी मी तेना विनंती केलीय की तुम्ही ची. गाडी घेऊन जाऊ शकतो तरी पण ते न करता जास्त टॉर्च करीत आहेत तरी मला तेनी टॉर्च न करता लिगली तेणी नोठ्स देऊन गाडी घेऊन जाणे अस बोलो असताना पण दरोर्ज घरी याने फोन काही पण बोलणे. तरी मी तेणा न बोण्याची विनंत करीत अस्तोय की. पण मला कंटाळून पोलीस स्टसेनला. आर्ज करीत आहे. प्लज पोलीसणा मला मदत करावी.

I have taken property mortgage loan rs.50 lac from your bank branch - sawai madhopur on dated 11.07.2019 my complaints as under:-

1- at the time of sanction of loan your representative inform me the rate of interest @10% but now charged 14% which is much higher than other banker.
2- after loan disbursement total amount 149177/-has been deducted on account of property insurance, life insurance, processing fees etc. But till date my policy of property insurance not received, while i have already approched from your branch more than 3-4 times.
3- the amount rs.25278/- excess deposited prior to disbursement of loan through cheque
