Au Small Finance Bank — fnf and relieving letter hold by employer

Au small finance bank formerly known as au financier india ltd. Is a totally employee psychological harass-mental company. Employer bound to work employee for more than 12 hrs to 18 hrs per day.
Employee leaves use to lapse but employer not use to approve leave.

Worst scenario can be seen after resigning from post. There are so many employee who is struggling for his fnf & relieving even after 12, 15 months of their resignation & exit from au bank.

I surendra kumar is also a victim, who work for au bank almost 4.5 yrs from aug-2014 to dec-2018 & resigned from my post & after almost 1 yrs i am still waiting for my relieving, have send also legal notice & so many mail but still unresolved.
My around 12 days salary & 27.5 days leave along with my relieving still sucked with au small finance bank.
