As the expiry date was approaching, I contacted Aurelia's customer care team multiple times, providing all the necessary details and requesting timely assistance. Unfortunately, the support I received was extremely disappointing.
The customer service representatives appeared to be more focused on delaying responses rather than resolving the issue. Their lack o[censored]rgency seemed intentional, as if they were waiting for the voucher to expire. One representative, Nihal, even disconnected the call midway through the conversation—completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
It is deeply frustrating to see such poor service from a brand like Aurelia. Based on this experience, I strongly advise potential customers to consider other brands that value their customers and offer reliable, responsive support.
