As the expiry date was approaching, I contacted Aurelia's customer care team multiple times, providing all the necessary details and requesting timely assistance. Unfortunately, the support I received was extremely disappointing.

I purchased 3 kurti from Aurelia website 3 days back. Yesterday I got tracking id as well. Today evening around 4:30 PM i got a call from customer care stating all my personal details and order id and exact description of the product.
They said I have won a laptop and for that I need to buy just a voucher of 5000/-. If I buy that by gpay i will get 2500 cashback. I purchased that voucher. Then they asked me to pay GST for the laptop...

I ordered a kurti from shop for aurelia site and was delivered on dated 12.7.19. My order no is wa[protected] and wa[protected]. They mentioned the product was "15 days easy return policy". The quality and fabric of the kurtis was very worst. So when i called the customer care no. I. E [protected] to return the kurti they made the said number busy. Purchased an dress a literal hour ago at the physical outlet, realised it's too short, came back immediately, and they say that they don't have a return policy at all. The website linked in the bill literally says in the refund policy that we may return it upto 10 days, however the staff and manager we to is unaware of any possible refund. We asked to have the length inreased, which is not possible for them, but the refuse to return it?

I had requested a return picked up from Aurelia on 23rd June and as per information received the order was to be picked up in 2-3 working days. It’s been 8 days but there is no response from their end, every time I call the customer service there is a standard reply please wait for 3-4 working days.
I am receiving couriers from everywhere only Aurelia courier service has weather condition issues. We stay at Pune and the rains are not so bad that a pick up cannot be done.
Request you to please help here and support to get the needful done.

I ordered a product which was very important to me. Now, after 4 days my order was cancelled for no reason. They took my money, and cancelled the order - I am very disappointed.

This incident happened on Jan 5, 2023. I had placed an order with Aurelia after talking to sales representative. They placed an online order for me and took my address for mailing the product with Cash on Delivery. I got a confirmation on email on Jan 2 about the order confirmation. On Jan 5, I got a call from someone from Aurelia and they confirmed all my personal details like my name, address, what product I purchased and the price of the product. Since they told me all my personal details, I believed them to be authentic. They gave me a gift card and told me everything is totally free. They charged me twice by duping me. Then the third time they auto debited a huge amount from my UPI and I lost Rs 86K. The biggest problem was they had data leak. I dont know from where the leak happened but how can they know all my personal details from a purchase I made 2 days ago. I demand the company take responsibility of this and pay back the money owed to me!!

I have ordered a kurta set from aurelia, an entirely different product of bad qualty with 2 sizes higher than mine were sent. On asking for exchange or return. They were giving some random video of there packaging godown telling that right product was sent, this is the proof.And they are responding with the same copy paste message when I'm writing to them again. They need to be responsible about their service.

I placed an order from Aurelia. To my shock my personal details like phone number and address weren't secure with them and I happened to receive a call from some fraudsters who also had details of my orders. Thankfully I didn't fall in their trap. The customer service people are pathetic, they couldn't do a thing to help me.
Secondly, the order I placed got cancelled automatically from their end due to some technical issue, which they fail to explain and they never addressed the issue.
Terrible services, pathetic condition .

I have ordered at aurelia and made payment. Neither did I receive any order nor any refund. Nor is the status showing in my orders. Please update me with the details. This is very unfair and wrong to deduct peoples money this way and not provide with the products.

I have purchased today one suit from Aurelia store Indore Sapna Sangeeta and for the suit they charged me 3799 and the same suit is available for 1899 on aurelia website and when I asked on the store any discount they said no discount why there is discrepancy in store and website price in this way they are making us fool .I wanty money back

I visited Aurelia store Shop no 13 in Venice mall, Site IV, Noida, PIN 201308 and purchased a Cullotes (21AUA[protected] on 14 Aug 2022.
When I entered in the shot sales person mentioned this product has 40% discount but when I picked up the item to purchase then at the counter they charged me 70% of the price (giving only 30% discount). They took 20 min. to generate the bill.
When I returned from mall and checked the discount on Aurelia website it was giving 40% discount on the same item which means I am overcharged by the shop.

Now I feel cheated with this behavior of the staff as I trust Aurelia and have been buying from their stores for many years but this is the first time I am treated bad at their shop. Please help me to get this sorted and refund my money.

I purchased a set of kurti and dupatta from aurelia on June 4th 2022 in a Bangalore store ..After one wash, the prints(red and white) on kurti was fading away and started disappearingand it continues to. I would like to know the reason for this and in need of an exchange .

Very worst service. waste of money. please don't buy from this site.

I got my order today.. I want to return it but the agent have not yet updated the delivery details .. agent have not updated that the delivery is done. Because of it I am unable to return the product.. no option showing for return. This is really dissapointing

I purchased a suit from aurelia when i washed it, entire suit is covered with white patches.

I absolutely wasted my amount by picking off a product from a pathetic brand aurelia.

Please help with whatever is possible else i have to look into another way.

I brought Aurelia kurta from their website. They written "Easy return" on website, while buying they did not informed me that return is not available on my pincode. After writing multiple emails they are saying return not available on given pincode. Its not my fault but I am suffering.

I have placed a order on Aurelian website dated 14.2.21, which was delivered to me well on time. Because of fitting issues I have been trying to place return request but unable to do so.
I have even trying to place a complaint also, their website isn’t responding for that.

I have received this order on 17 sept 2020 and i have to return it. I raised my request for return on 19 sept 2020 but everytime i call customer care they say it will be picked within 24-48 hours and today also the product is with me and they are not ready to listen about this complaint.

I have already complain two times on call and already mailed two times with evidence regarding this issue. But their customer exeucative not taking seriously my complaint. Now 2 weeks passed and still i have not get refund.
Please take serious action against aurelia. And bring my refund back.
If here also my problem not solved then i will file case against aurelia in court. Please look into this.
