Ordered beige band collar yarn dyed cotton Kurta on 17 July and made payment through razorpay gateway twice from two different banks.

Contacted Aurelia TCNS team and sent them screen shots of the payment. Yet the team denies payment and asking me to contact the bank. I don't understand when the screen shots are clear, still they are not able to trace the payment.

kurta exchange or return
I ordered a kurti from shopforaurelia.com on 4/09/19 but the size is bigger than expected i. E. I ordered xxl but have realised that xl would be perfect.
I want it exchanged for a smaller size or returned.. Whichever possible.
The customer care number can't be reached and i am unable to locate return option on the website.
Please resolve the matter soon...

cheatful approach by sales executive

We went to aurelia shop in providence mall pondy. We selected a kurti & asked for xs size to the sales girl. She checked out and said that there was no xs size in this showroom and she called &asked in another showroom which is located in mg road pondy. She said there was xs size and asked us to pay and come back after 2 hrs to collect the product. We returned back after 2 has and when we checked it was small size instead of xs size. She cheated us saying small was starting size and she was arguing that she already said that small was starting size. We also believed her and collected the product. But after returning home i checked in online which showed xs was starting size. I felt very bad about the incident and how cheatful she was.

I returned the same on 24 july 2019. till today they have not initate my refund. their policy is 15 working days. i called and email them many times but they are not listening. i guess they are doing fraud. they are not in a mood to refund. from 8 th august they are saying that we have forwarded your details and refund will be initiated in 2-3 working days. till now they did not initiate my refund. i dont know to whom i will compalin now.

I ordered 2 kurtis online in aurelia website. the kurti shape is very worst and the cloth is very thin and transparent. Not as it was in the picture. I requested to customer care for return and refund. I didn't get any response from them. The product is not worth. Please do not buy aurelia products. Its utter waste

regarding refund process:15 working days completed after returning the product
I have ordered two products order id :wa[protected], wa[protected].
I have requested for return order on 19th july as product quality is not good. Pick up is completed on 21 st july. Till now i am waiting for my money to get refund. No action is taken from team. No tracking details.

Refund has not been initiated since a month now and the product has already been returned to the warehouse. If this is not paid heed to i will definitely take legal steps against the company. Helpline and customer care is also unavailable and i have been trying to contact for a month now with no response. Emails are also left unresponded. Highly disgusting and irresponsible attitude of company officials.

I ordered 3 product . They deliver 2 product though not in ordered size. I tried calling customer service representative they didn't receive any call from my number thn I tried form another they picked up phone .
Aurelia is very worst system provided me when i ordered small it sent me medium then i claim for return and refund but its picked up very late and now after one month of pick up it didn't refund my amount i m very upset so don't buy from Aurelia customer representative always assured me for refund wait two days or three days but still i could not get my amount 550rs. Very bad shopping experience ever had.

I ordered 3 kurtis of rs 1850..and then made the transaction via net banking ..after twice transaction failed finally third I made cash on delievery..but all of sudden I received 3 packets of the same product thn I filed return request for two packets .they picked up my products on 11 july and till date I have not get the money of two failed transactions 1850 each..Not getting proper response from aurelia...I want you take strict action against them.

I ordered a suit set from aurelia and i was told that i will get an email confirmation but i have not received any confirmation set and no information about my order. I have been trying to reach their customer care since morning but i have not been connected to customer care till now. This is the first time i bought a suit from aurelia and spent around 2900. This was a mistake as they have very poor customer service. Since morning i have not received a single response on my order. Thankfully i took a screenshot about my order else they would have just eaten my money.

defective kurti
I purchased aurelia kurti from ambience mall, gurugram on 8 march 2019. I tried small size and purchased a new piece of small size which was packed. Before function when i wore that kurti, it was almost extra large size and on price tag and kurti both small size is written. It is clearly a defective piece. If i would buy cloth from some local store in low price then i would definitely have tried that piece but it was such a big brand and good amount of money they are taking i didn't even think that this can also happen. I don't know what to do now?. I don't live in delhi, can i exchange it? If yes then how and where? Do i have to go to same store? Is there any time limit for exchange because there is no aurelia store in my city. What should i do now? That kurti already ruined my mood that day now at least i want to save my money, please tell me what should i do now?

I have not yet received the cash back from hdfc credit card for the purchase made during the offer of 10% cash back through hdfc credit card.
This offer was being confirmed by sales representative as well as stores head of aurelia jamshedpur.
Details of the purchase is as below: -

Stores - aurelia, jamshedpur (Bistupur)
When i inquired from hdfc bank few days back then they told that generally cash back is being provided on or before 90 days from the date of purchase. But unfortunately when i called today they told that there was no such offer. I told them that sales representative as well as stores head of aurelia jamshedpur shown me the official mail before i went ahead with the purchase.
This is something like fraud and cheating with the customer by showing fake offer to the customer and asking them for purchase of bigger amounts. When i contacted that sales representative he refused to give any support and told go and talk to aurelia customer care or hdfc bank. We as stores person are not responsible for not receiving any cash back.
Please suggest what to do?

product material issue
I bought kurta from aurelia and washed it and surprised to see that it started releasing color and mixed with another color. Im attaching the photo for the same yellow color and red color are almost mixed. It’s really disappointing. What action could you take on this aurelia?

I have purchased suit along with trouser from aurelia showroom. I have worn it only 3 times and the kurta is showing cuts at many places. Cloth material was of very poor quality. First of all, i was not satisfied with the prices but still, i thought that the cloth material will be of the good quality and will compensate for the price. But the things were just reverse. Totally unsatisfied with the products. You really need an improvement.

I purchased the kurti as a gift just a week ago. After first wash the kurti released Colour. Now it's patches of white and off white. The kurti was washed seperately using popular detergent powder. Fitting of the kurti is so good that this release Colour problem really breaks heart.

I visited a shop in kamla nagar named soni creations. The seller told me that these all are original prints just they are small traders a kurti of 2000 tag is selling at 500 on his shop. To crosscheck i bought it from aurelia brand and it was shocking to see that the quality was absolutely plain. Strict action must be taken either to that shopkeeper if he is using brand tags for fake selling or co for such kind of pricing.

For my urgent office travel to mumbai bought 3 kurta set if aurelia. Out of that one is thread work and within 3 days of purchase and after 1 wash the thread came our of the thread - work. As i was travelling could not return the product within time specific and spoke over phone about the defect.
Annanagar - aurelia - worst service and the treatment to the customers are like — buy if you want to buy or pls go... They don't have the courtesy to understand and reply properly.

I have ordered through online on 14-May-2018 for three Kurtas. (Order Number[protected]. After receiving the Kurtas, I returned all the three Kurtas on 19-May-2018.
I got the refund amount for one of the Kurta of Rs.630/- but I didn't get the refund for the other two Kurtas still. I have reached out to their Customer service many times, but I didn't get the refund yet. They keep telling me that they would check with the finance team and get back.
Till date there is no response from them despite continuous chasing from me.
Kindly do the needful to get my refund at the earliest possible.

On 22-July-2018 I bought kurta from Bangalore elements mall outlet worth 1200, but soon after the first wash there were two holes in the kurta, this was hand was.

Purachased kurti from aurelia outlet which is located at aliganj near kapoorthala chauraha, lucknow, uttar pradesh and that kurti was damaged when i have purachased it from the store but i have seen that damaged when i came back to home.. on second day my sister and my wife went to exchanged it but store manager did not exchanged it and also miss behaved with my sister and my wife and also put falls allegation of tearing the price tag which was already like that at the time of billing. And also said not to complaint at the store very rudely in front of other customers of aurelia.. I m very hurt because of manager aditya' s behavior with my sister and my wife. So please kindly exchanged the kurti and also take action against the store manager aditya... otherwise im bound to take some legal action against the aurelia for this action which is done by aurelia's aforesaid outlet.

Yesterday i purchased product[protected] from your exclusive outlet at kankarbagh main road, patna without any discount for rs 2999/- stating that it is fresh stock,. The same product was available at 30%discount in pantaloons exhibition road patna.
I was denied of discount despite the product was in discount.
How it is possible for one store to offer 30% discount while exclusive outlet just refused. If discount is offered then it should be at every store. This kind of cheating n concealment of information is very dangerous for the company.

The colour of kurti is fading after ever wash, and the other kurti has gotten threads out. even after two washes only both kurtis look very old, poor quality kurtis. not at all satisfied.

PINK PRINTED MANDARIN NECK KURTA SET. on 11th April, 2021 but I received the wrong product on 17thApril, 2021.
I want this product to get picked up ASAP and get the refund.
I already sent a lot of mails to TCNS Clothing Company Ltd •[protected]@tcnsclothing.com
They keep on saying that it would get picked up in next 2 to 3 days but that never happened.
I also called on their contact number but no response.
There is already a complaint raised regarding the reverse pickup order 193520 but no action taken yet.
It's really disappointing.
Make sure the product gets picked up by today or tomorrow at max.
