I had failed a payment of 3337/-

I have already complain two times on call and already mailed two times with evidence regarding this issue. But their customer exeucative not taking seriously my complaint. Now 2 weeks passed and still i have not get refund.
Please take serious action against aurelia. And bring my refund back.
If here also my problem not solved then i will file case against aurelia in court. Please look into this.
