Hi,
I had requested a return picked up from Aurelia on 23rd June and as per information received the order was to be picked up in 2-3 working days. It’s been 8 days but there is no response from their end, every time I call the customer service there is a standard reply please wait for 3-4 working days.
I am receiving couriers from everywhere only Aurelia courier service has weather condition issues. We stay at Pune and the rains are not so bad that a pick up cannot be done.
Request you to please help here and support to get the needful done.

Can we please get some resolution on the complaint raised there is no response from the Aurelia team. They are only giving reasons that the issue is raised with their logistics team and they will respond in few days. It’s been more than 10 days now, neither they are sending anyone for pick up nor are they ready to refund our money.
