I have ordered one suit set from aurelia website. My order No is WA[protected]. I returned the same on 24 july 2019. till today they have not initate my refund. their policy is 15 working days. i called and email them many times but they are not listening. i guess they are doing fraud. they are not in a mood to refund. from 8 th august they are saying that we have forwarded your details and refund will be initiated in 2-3 working days. till now they did not initiate my refund. i dont know to whom i will compalin now.

I ordered 2 kurtis online in aurelia website. the kurti shape is very worst and the cloth is very thin and transparent. Not as it was in the picture. I requested to customer care for return and refund. I didn't get any response from them. The product is not worth. Please do not buy aurelia products. Its utter waste
