Aurelia — product material issue

I bought kurta from aurelia and washed it and surprised to see that it started releasing color and mixed with another color. Im attaching the photo for the same yellow color and red color are almost mixed. It’s really disappointing. What action could you take on this aurelia? I have purchased online kurta date on 16 Jan. Nd 18 jan. Return product. But till date I have not received the refund whenever I call the customer care they ask me to wait 5 more days to get back to me with the status of my order. But still not received my refund amount
