Aurelia — received damaged product - no response from team for return

Hello,

I ordered a kurtha and i received the damaged one. I mailed the customer care to initialise return. I have sent 15 mails for the progress on return but haven't receive any mails from them.

I want to return this product and get my money back. Please help.

I couldn't upload the invoice, photo of defective kurtha as the size is large.
