Aurelia — refund not initiated

I had ordered a product on 11oct which has been shipped back for return and refund soon after within a week and since then it has been 3 months and today is 26th december. I haven’t received the refund whenever i call the customer care they ask me to wait for 5 more days. It’s frustrating
The customer care keeps telling me to wait and it has been forever now. Their finance team is inaccessible and no one picking up the phone is helping me
