Aurelia — refund not received

I had placed an order on shopforauelia site amounting 1020/- on 11-sep-17 and cancelled it on the same day and have not received my refund until today.
Not sure what is the policy is and how long does it take to get the refund.
I contacted thed customer care and also emailed them regarding the status of my refund, but no response on several times of calling. On 20-sep-17 the reply received on email was your refund is being processed.
After that i still connected with them on call and i received the same response.

Please help acknowledge this complaint and help issue my refund at your earliest.
