Aurelia — return request

I ordered a kurti from shop for aurelia site and was delivered on dated 12.7.19. My order no is wa[protected] and wa[protected]. They mentioned the product was "15 days easy return policy". The quality and fabric of the kurtis was very worst. So when i called the customer care no. I. E [protected] to return the kurti they made the said number busy. Further, i send an email to [protected]@tcnsclothing.com but no response from their side. So take necessary steps for refund of my money back.
