I ordered a suit set from aurelia and i was told that i will get an email confirmation but i have not received any confirmation set and no information about my order. I have been trying to reach their customer care since morning but i have not been connected to customer care till now. This is the first time i bought a suit from aurelia and spent around 2900. This was a mistake as they have very poor customer service. Since morning i have not received a single response on my order. Thankfully i took a screenshot about my order else they would have just eaten my money. Was this information helpful? |
