Aurelia — Wa[protected], everytime i call customer care they say it will be picked within 24-48 hours and today also the product is with me

I have received this order on 17 sept 2020 and i have to return it. I raised my request for return on 19 sept 2020 but everytime i call customer care they say it will be picked within 24-48 hours and today also the product is with me and they are not ready to listen about this complaint.
