Dear sir/mam,

I wanted to raise serious concern for my policy no.[protected]Hdfc sl progrowth plus).

A few months back, i received a call from hdfc, that some agent (Vk bhardwaj) have submitted some documents with my signature on it to release the commission to him which i never signed. On recorded call as said by hdfc people, took that agent online and discussed the same with him, he also agreed that yes customer did not sign on it. They sent the recordings to mumbai head office & head office person initiated the request of policy closure as this is in a fraud category for policy number[protected]Hdfc sl progrowth plus).

After that, they requested me to purchase another policy (Sanchay[protected] of the same amount i. E 50, 000, which i bought and received the bond papers as well after all verifications. No question on this one.

Hdfc guy has told me that i will receive the money transfer letter from hdfc for my old policy[protected]Hdfc sl progrowth plus), and will receive the whole amount of rs 2, 64, 330 including commission within 180 days. Also, 1-2 emi will be deducted for the coming months. 2 months already gone and nothing happened.

Currently, i am continuously connecting with the above person himanshu. Every-time he is giving me false hopes from the last 2 months that he will check the status, the printing of the letter is in progress, letter printed, confirmation is going on, like this, but i didn't have received anything to date, no confirmation, no notification nothing.

Please look into this urgently, if this is correct that my policy[protected]Hdfc sl progrowth plus) is closed (Which i can not see on panel), then when i will receive the deliverables & if this is a fraud what actions hdfc is taking on this.

This is a really serious matter and when i raised this earlier only a generic email i got from hdfc, that we can not cancel your policy. This is really shaming hdfc didn't even contact me to understand the concern.

I made several complaints on hdfc portal and emails but hdfc refused to help on this and said you have signed the documents and the free look period is over. I also shared some phone call recordings once i realized it's a fraud but hdfc said we need initial conversation else we can not do anything. Attached the hdfc reply as well. They said we will do internal verification but will not do anything on policy.
