This is suresh kumar cheated by hdfc life insurance they sell me a policy number[protected]Ref client id=b8648723) with amount of rs.50, 000/ (Fifty thousand) in 29 june 2017, on behalf of a loan amount of rs.500000/-. But all the promises were failed. I couldn’t get the loan. For save my money i continue the policy.

From last three days i’m getting a call as they proving that they calling from irda bimalokpal complaint...

    My policy is matured. I have submitted all documents on - 21/nov/2018 they send me revert that neft mandate form is not submitted. After that they says your pincode is mismatched. I send this form policy service form -1 and neft mandate form after that he says your email id is not register. When we asked them reason behind late payment they everytime ask about document again and again which i had already submitted....

    I am sarat chandra behera and my wife is mrs. Usha behera. I am a retired bank employee.

    There was a telephonic call from mob. No. [protected] stated to be ravi malhotra from hdfc bank to me to avail zero interest loan. I responded and he told to take a policy of hdfc life insurance to avail the loan. He told that loan of rs.10.00 lacs will be granted against the insurance policy of sum of rs.10.00 lacs for a term of 10 years with half yearly premium of rs.50000/-. He also told that the loan will be liquidated automatically from the maturity proceeds of the insurance policy. Mr. Malhotra also had told that if the insurance policy is taken in the name of my wife that will also hold good. A person came to my house and got the loan application form bearing no.[protected] signed by me and the insurance application form signed by my wife. The insurance premium cheque was handed over to him. All the relevant documents, viz copy of pan card, my it returns, address proof, bank account details were handed over to him.

    Insurance policy no.19489018 was issued. I was told get the signature of my wife in the original policy and send it to hdfc. As guided to me the policy was forwarded. After some days telephonic queries were made and i replied. It was informed to me that a loan of rs.10.00 lacs has been sanctioned and it will be credited to my sb account within a few days. After some days i was told that i will have to pay rs.1.00 lac towards premium instead of rs.50, 000. I did not agreed to that. Till then i was in contact with mr. Ravi malhotra.

    There after mr. Malhotra informed me to contact mr. Dharmendra mob. No. [protected] for onward transaction. I had contacted mr. Dharmendra and told him that i am not ready to pay additional premium and requested him to cancel the loan deal. He had assured me that the loan would be cancelled and the premium will be refunded to me. I had agreed for deduction of tax if any.

    I am trying to contact mr. Dharmendra from october, 2017 but no refund of premium has yet been made. Now a days i am unable to contact mr. Dharmendra sine most of the time his mobile is switched off.

    I am fade up with the things happened to me. Please take care and arrange to refund the premium at the earliest.

        Dear sir i have get call from my landline that any problem of policy i have policy o[censored]nit linked i have made 5 year payment 18000x5=90000/ but st shows only 75000/ so that person said me we make comp to irda he will help me then dail he make call to me for this but after he forced me that u have make investment for 3 month only so he make magic on me by fallow up he force 4 policies and give me fake promisethat i will get 250000/555000/1350000 he make drama with help of other his friends by fake calls i was hepnotised by his action your cheque is redy u willget by dttc your file is send to calcutta

          Subjects-1. Cancellation And Refund of HDFC Life Insurance Policy no. 18032649
          of Ms. Mandakini Deshmukh.
          2. Non- Acceptance of Original Policy Document by Hdfc Life Ins. Ahmednagar Branch office
          On 30th dec 2015 for Cancellation of Policy and Refund of Premium Paid Rs. 20000=00.


          With Reference to the Above Subject, I would Like to clarify that on 29 th October 2015, I received an Incoming call on my mob no. [protected] from an unknown person Rajiv Mathur, DELHI( mob no. [protected] told that he is speaking from Hdfc Life Ins. Co. If you pay Rs. 20000=00 one time single premium you will get Rs. 60000 medical benefits, Rs. 3000 commission in cash and Rs. 26500 after 3 years and he send me sms and requested me to send A cheque of Rs. 20000 in the name of HDFC LIFE INS CO. LTd. I send by courier, my documents of mine and also of my wife- PAN CARD, ADHAAR CARD, PHOTO to Aurangabad office of Hdfc life ins co. lts, address- Someshwar kakde, hdfc life ins co. ltd, 1st floor, Adalat Road, Kranti chowk, Aurangabad-431001.
          After some days mr. manoj bhand mob no. [protected], from Hdfc life ins co. Ahmednagar branch Office visited me in shrirampur at my residence and took my sign on blak hdfc policy application form
          And he did not give any information about any hdfc life ins plan for which he had taken my sign on one application form and sign of my wife on another application form of hdfc life ins. Mr. Rajiv mathur also told me not to give the committed information regarding the commission, plan, Returns and term of the policy for getting the commission Rs. 3000 directly in my bank acc.
          After that I had Received the Policy document policy no. 18032649 in the name of my wife on[protected] by post.
          Because of Fake Commitments and diffence in the commitments given on phone and Actual policy document terms, Change in the Name of Insured, I want to cancel this Policy and require Refund of MY Premium Paid Amount Rs. 20000. So I Visited and Submitted HDFC LIFE Insurance office Ahmednagar Branch on 30th dec 2015 and met Mr. mayor bora and mr. Rajesh pradhan and submiited my application for Cancellation and Refund of Policy premium . But Mr. mayor bora in hdfc life ins co. Ahmednagar branch Refused to Accept my policy document for Cancellation and Refund Process.

          Kindly do the needful at your earliest.

            I was submitted a online proposal No. 18142436 for purchased a insurance plan (HDFC click2invest) on 12/01/2016 through representative of policybazaar.com. After that i also paid Rs. 6000/- as advance premium of three months.

            Due to some domestic issue i want to cancel/withdraw the proposal No. 18142436 for this i was contacted with the representative of HDFC life and also drop an e-mail to [protected]@hdfclife.com on 18/01/2016 and again and again. but lapse of more than 15 days my proposal not cancel by concerned company. They are also making false call(Hanging call) intentionally to show that they are trying to contact me but not contacted.

            Kindly look into the matter and direct to HDFC life to cancel my proposal and refund of Rs. 6000/- immediately which is very much required me at this time.

            The Company contacted me over telephone and also through e-mail. Two fraud person namely Sachin and Sapna Tiwari also contacted me to collect money by asking my account information. But the company refunded my amount without any query of account. So i am also requested to others costumers to not share their personal bank account information with anyone of phone. Neetesh Singh

            I am still waiting for refund.

              I am Gunjan Kumar, i got 1 call from HDFC LIFE no.- [protected] that girl name is MADHU. she called me and explained about 1 plan in which i was not interested. After that she sent me very rood and misbehavior messages on my no. I want to know that, is HDFC LIFE Delhi company doing like that with their customers? i need urgent action for that girl from your side. Please reply me ASAP.

Reference my our earlier emails on the issue of Premium Original payment receipt was not sent by your Company, but there is no positive response from your end. Moreover, your office is in a mute mode on these issue.                   I have taken HDFC Life young star super premium policy worth of 1, 00, 000/ anuual payment in Aug 2014 and havent received the policy document till date. I have complained to branch where i took the policy, Vshi branch, customer care even written mail to [protected]@hadfclife.com, but no use all are very ignorrent and nobody wants to help.

                  I am working in merchant navy and my job involves too much risk and most of the time i am on ship. Without policy document if godforbid some thing happen then how my family is going to claim as i have no proff of this policy and have already paid two premiums ie 2 lacks ruppes.

                  HDFC Standard life insurance is doing fraud in its full capacity. Entire department is involved in cheating people and eating up their hard earn money. This company is without any ethics.
                  I took policy of HDFC life Sanchay with policy number:17896074. Their agent has forged wrong documents and taken sign on different policy. And when I complain the things to HDFC life. They are arrogant in looking into my details. Can some one suggests how can I file complain against this fraud company. Even my sign are not matching.

                      I have taken HDFC click to protect plus Extra life option insurance policy of 50 lakhs (Term 40yrs.), on 28th Sept 2015 via online payment of Rs 13010/-. After payment to HDFC policy, I find page this session was expired & I didn't get any application & proposal no. for purchased policy but my payment had done. I confirmed from my Bank it clearly shows the payment I had done in favor of HDFC life insurance. Regarding this matter I have contacted HDFC customer care[protected] so many times through phones & emails. Till not receiving any response mail regarding purchased Term insurance policy from HDFC. They don't have information of status of policy & my proposal no. till and even after 1 week. On 4th Oct 2015, I have received SMS as well as call from Emeditek TPA regarding medical test. In that SMS, I received Application no as 17913757. I provided this application no. to HDFC customer care. Many times I have written to Ravina Chavan from online support team through interaction ID ‘HDFCSL=[protected]' Proposal No.: 17913757, HDFC Life. For my applied policy proposal form for further procedure, she has told me to allow us some time while we get back to you with proper resolution. They are behaving totally unprofessional. It is total waste of time & money and there is worst service from HDFC Life Support Team. I requested to refund of my money or Issue me policy document at earliest but still there is no response at all till date. I am very much dissatisfied with service and I feel like cheated with HDFC click2 protect term insurance. I want to suggest all the people pls. don't buy HDFC click2 protect term insurance they are making u fool. With respect to above, I request HDFC Life to refund paid amount Rs.13010/- along with interest and compensation for poor service. Kindly look in to the matter ASAP.                         I bought the policy HDFC pro growth plus . The Policy No. 17534458. I have complained regarding the delay in cancellation. I posted complaint on june 19th. I got mails in july as my cancellation request is in progress. But its been 4-5 months i have requested for cancelation. No updates at all. I sent mails but no reply . Kindly dothe cancellation and refund process As soon as possible.

Offering Party: Ms. Sakshi Singh, Amit Singh, Ali, Prashant Gupta on behalf of HDFC Life Lokhandwala Branch, located at Jimy Arcade, Opp. Infinity Mall. Andheri (W), Mumbai. contact No.[protected],[protected] 3. Form filed on Sept 2014, Chq Paid, 4. Then NO communication "Only Frustration" I faced 5. Then policy received on 31st December, 2014. 6. For correction, I reverted mail stating correction of Name, Nominee, Policy premium term, at "[protected]@gmail.com" addressing to Prashant Gupta And forwarded a signed copy as well. 7. Also I observed a name "Mishra" agent and a S B Isurance company Delhi based for which the contact in non-reachable If a customer do not get any support then why these fake agents are approved by the HDFC Life 8. Since December 2014 end to April 2015 hardly 4 months passed and a series of calls stating " Your policy Lapsed" and pay the premium. I do not agree with this. I badly in need of justice
