Auto Drivers — not using meters and charging heavy in all the auto's at my area

Hi,

There are auto drivers, use to go in shared basis or rental basis from chrompet bus stand to hasthinapuram.
They take 5 people in a 3 seater share auto and charge 20rs per head.
The distance from chrompet bus stand to hasthinapuram is just 2.5km.
I use to get down before the kumrankundram stop, which is just 1.5km, and for that also they charge me 20rs.
So, they are charging 100rs from 5 heads which is another offence, while the first offence being taking 5 people in a 3 seater auto.
If you are taking it for rental, then they will charge you 60rs just to travel 1.5km.
They don't switch on the meter too.
They abuse, if you say that they charge too much.

Can someone please take a proper actions against those who are cheating the public and abuses when they can't accept the truth?
