Auto Drivers — Very Rude behaviour from auto driver for asking cash

I had booked the auto with ola money wallet on[protected]. This driver never say anything about payment mode either cash or ola money. When trip ends, he asked the money and communication words are improper he said u should ask me when ur trip started and said customer should not decide my payment. Driver deciding all regarding the payment. He keep on asking pay the money since I can't change the payment mode in ola app. Only way wallet money as per the app.

But driver stands for money in rude talks and behaviour. I register the complaint for both in driver and ola company. This type money asking from customer is happening many times.
