Auto Rickshaws — Heavily charged.. No regulations

I have been staying in Pune for last 10 years now.Whenever i visit my hometown we need to take buses from 'Sangamwadi'.The auto drivers there are become more and more goons everytime.This morning I boarded an Auto, the driver demanded 500Rs.Since I was reluctant to go by this, I straightforward asked him whether he will take me by meter.He agreed to this.When I placed my bag in the auto only then he says, pay me 1.5 times.It was 8am and I dont think there was any reason for me to pay the sum, I told him I would want to go only by meter.He agreed to it..To my horror his meter was so fast that it charged me double the amount it usually takes one to reach there.


I dont have his number.But my request is on behalf of each one o[censored]s.Kindly have some regulations for the auto drivers.They are looting people, JUST LIKE THAT!
