The company is forcing servie charges on customers even if products are under warranty.
I purchased a Autocop Parking Sensor with Back Mirror in May 2013 with 1 yr warranty and free on-door service. The sensor stopped working in Nov 2013.
Upon calling the company executives, I was told that From Nov 1, new rules are applicable and customer needs to pay for visiting charges, rest of warranty against parts is free..
Isn't this ridiculous and cheating on the part of Autocop, that they suddenly change rules and force them on existing customers as well. If the rules are to be changed, these should be applicable only to new customers.
I would not have purchased Autocop if this condition existed then.
For a service of a small accessory, I need to drive 10's of KM's and then claim free service. Pathetic.
