Worst customer support

Been using Tata Motors fitted Autocop for last 6 years. When one of the remotes malfunctioned I called up the customer care for replacement. I received a call from Mr Laxman Dhuri stating that the Price for one remote is 900 and 2 remotes is for 1800 and suggested that you go for Upgrading the system at 1750 which is less than the price of 2 remotes. When everything done and dusted while preparing the final bill the person is seeking 2750,...

Beware, reduced warranty on TrackPro to 1 year

Did you know that there is a reduced warranty on track pro. So while you purchase a regular central locking kit from Autocop for say INR 3k it has a warranty of 3 years but on the expensive trackpro kits the warranty is reduced to 1 year? The reduced warranty applies to the central locking kit as well. I bought this product for INR 9.5k in December 2012 without looking at the changed warranty, and am now in a spot as only now I have discovered...

Pathetic After Sales Service - Charging for Products in Warranty

The company is forcing servie charges on customers even if products are under warranty. I purchased a Autocop Parking Sensor with Back Mirror in May 2013 with 1 yr warranty and free on-door service. The sensor stopped working in Nov 2013.
