Autocop India — Worst customer support | |||||
Been using Tata Motors fitted Autocop for last 6 years. When one of the remotes malfunctioned I called up the customer care for replacement. I received a call from Mr Laxman Dhuri stating that the Price for one remote is 900 and 2 remotes is for 1800 and suggested that you go for Upgrading the system at 1750 which is less than the price of 2 remotes. When everything done and dusted while preparing the final bill the person is seeking 2750, when I questioned they said it's the replacement cost. When I spoke to Laxman he said I always said 2750 and not 1750. After that I called up there Mumbai area service Head Mr. Shetty he said Mr Laxman is a senior Technician and can never make a mistake and blamed me for mishearing the amount and then was seeking the amount stating his person has worked hard to install the new system and all. While Iam paying the service person 200 just for his hardwork and no fault of his. But here's the question ...till when Indian firms with big name not understand that Customer is King and fool people for their business to florish. BTW just to teach them a lesson I ve asked theme to remove the new system and replace if with my old one. Could have paid the amount but then till when should we customers suffer? REQUEST you all to refrain from buying AUTOCOP products till they understand that fooling people won't get them customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
