Autodivine.com — product not delivered and no refund provided | |||
I have seen product through website www.autodivine.com and placed order through Whatsapp no. [protected] on 14-Oct-2018. Order No:- 27673. Paid 5000 via paytm to no [protected]. It was promised to deliver the items in 7 days. but never delivered and when we chase they inform the product was damaged during transit and new item will be delivered in 4 days. The same thing they repeated multiple times an atlast i requested for refund on 22-Nov-2018. After multiple chaser they responded to email and via phone they promised to refund money by 3-Dec-2018. Till now refund not received. Now they have blocked my number and not responding to calls. No Response for refund email now. Please help with this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
