Dear Sir/Mam,

I'm from Avadi Lazar Nagar 4th Street, In my area we are facing Street dog issue unable to reach home from office at night, 4 to 5 dog's continously chasing.They are trying to bite us.Even some times in the morning also we are facing this issue. Kindly look into this matter on high priority.

I am staying in Pattabiram - Avadi Hindu College and in my area the drainage is getting filled and overflow in street. Becuase of that lot of mosquitos are getting populated and making infection to people.

Kindly take the necessary action on this.

There are so many stray cows hogging the roads, especially Avadi to Poonamalle road (4th Street and Poonamallee main road)
This is causing sever traffic jams and accidents.

In 2nd street, Kamaraj Nagar, Avadi, Chennai - 600071, Garbage collection is not happening regularly. I have previously raised multiple complaints but no action is taken, please help.

The constant presence of drainage water on the main road is not only a health hazard but also poses a significant risk to public safety. The situation has become intolerable, and I urge you to take immediate action against my neighbor. I request that you close the valve they have inserted to release the drainage and ensure that proper measures are taken to prevent this from happening in the future.

I trust that the municipality corporation will address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Your swift intervention in this matter is greatly appreciated.

My name is B Ganesh Rao, and I live in C2-247/3 Srinagar Extension, Mittanamalli, IAF Avadi, Chidambaram Nagar. Since two years ago, every time it rains, the drainage in front of my house becomes clogged. The water begins to flood on the road whenever it rains or the sewage becomes clogged. In order to quickly get rid of the drainage water, the Avadi municipality destroyed the sewage manhole's rings in December 2020. The sewage manhole's rings haven't been changed since. Living in the house and opening the main entrance is challenging because of the stench emanating from the clogged sewage. It contaminates the surroundings and presents health risks as well. We have brought up this matter with Sri P Arumugam, the councillor for Ward No. 3, on multiple occasions, but as of right now, no appropriate action has been taken. Therefore, I respectfully ask that you replace the sewer manhole rings and take the appropriate measures about the blocked sewage. Here are the attached images.

Water has been logged on 3rd main road, Jyothi Nagar, Annanur,
They pumped out the water but still, the water is coming up, unable to cross the street.
I request you to please look into this issue.

I'm Ajith, resident of Modern City, Pattabiram locality.

Garbage collection is my area is not carried out regularly at my locality and garbage collector is behaving very rudely towards aged elders.

Garbage collector is irregular with this job and due to this, residents are dumping garbage on empty lands within the locality which leads to infections, uncleanliness and foul smell.

Kindly advice the garbage collector supervisor to instruct his team to carry out their work on regular basis and to show some politeness/ courtesy towards aged elders.

Sir, I am residing in Ganga Shrinidhi Apartments at Green Park (Near VAO office) Thiruverkadu sundaracholapuram main road. The road of my apartment is severely water logged after the rains as it is next to the river and behind the Municipality park. Kindly take immediate action to remove the stagnant water.

I am raja, residing at no.49, 3rd street, thamarai nagar, thirumullaivoyal, chennai-62. Next to my house, we have one empty plot, there water is stagnating for more than five months, additionally, next plot owner has around 20 cows and they pouring the cow dung in that water. Bad smell is coming and our well water too get polluted. They are in political party, and we are afraid to ask to remove also. Kindly take some action.

Dear Sir/Madam,
When will we get connection to the centralized drainage system?
The canals that were constructed long back have been encroached by residents by extending their houses over the canals. When they are building houses, they have left lot of sand, cement into the canals due to which it has been blocked and the drainage water is flowing back on the road. It is smelling very bad. Not able to sit inside our houses.
We are trying to clean it ourselves. But since the sand has completely blocked the pipes, it is being very difficult for us.
Please send someone to work on this as these canals should be cleaned up. It would be very much helpful. Also please instruct the residents who have encroached the canals to be very careful and they should not put any such sand or cement.
And please instruct all the residents that they should not put any gutter inside the canal.
This is the reason for blockage of drainage.
It would be great if immediate attention is given and action is taken immediately.

Just opposite to my there is a house and they are dropping their sewage water on the road and it's logging infront of my house.its happening more than 4 years and continues still. I have asked them to take necessary steps but they have not done it. Also they are fighting with us. Since the sewage water smelling bad also our children's got allergies and admitted in hospital. I have sent many complaint to our counselor ward no. 46 and also to avadi municipality but no use. I am facing the same problem

Pls take necessary action. If required I shall give written complaint to Avadi Municipal corporation.

The maintenance of the garbage disposal site in Vaishnavi nagar main road is very sub optimal. With only four bins that get filled up within hours it is very difficult to manage the garbage load. Most of the times the garbage is seen overflowing and coming on to the adjacent road, sometimes covering half the width of the road. Because of this there is dog and cattle menace here. At least another four bins are required to manage the current garbage load. Kindly look into the matter and get it resolved through the concerned department at the earliest for the welfare of the residents of Vaishnavi nagar. Thanking you,

Sir,

The condition of the Avadi Ponamallee road is very bad especially near Vivekananda Vidyalaya. The outer half of road on both sides of the divider are broken and muddy. It is very difficult for two wheelers and small vehicles to maneuver at this stretch. There is also no pedestrian path, and people have to walk literally on the middle of the road. Kindly look into this matter and get it resolved through concerned department at the earliest for the welfare of the users. Thanking you,

Corporation worker demanding 1000 per month and threatening us if it is not paid .

Garbage waste taking person from avadi corporation asking money around 1000 for a month and if i asked why should i pay .! they are threatening us and shouting that they wont take garbage anymore.

Roads fully overflow by drainage water unable to live here.. disgusting atmosphere kindly resolve this issue
