sir i have submitted one birth certificate for attestation purposes in chennai home department and home department
office willsend one copy of birthcertificate to avadi muncipality office home department send the copy of the birth certificate on 19/06/14 (NAME IS GHOSHPRASHANJIT) and the file no is17531/ 19/06/14 still one month is over it is local only the birth certificate issued by avadi muncipality only still they have not send

I have register my for my child birth certificate one month back 16/01/2016 in Avady municipality...not yet ready till today 19/02/2013.

We need this doc for passport process...they are soooo careless.
