Dear Sir, I am a resident in PTMS Civilian Quarters (opposite to uzhaipaalar nagar), we are having an issue with the stray dogs in our quarters.there are almost 50 dogs which affect our day to day life. it keeps barking at children and it keeps following us if we carry any bags along with us.everyday we need to run to get escape from these dogs.we are not even able to put the garbage in dustbin bcoz as soon the dogs see the garbage bag it just surrounds us like an enemy.kids are frightened to play in streets bcoz fo these street dogs. not only tht there are plenty of cows roaming inside our quarters which blocks the road and creating a great headache for riding vehicles.these dogs and cows causes accidents too in our complex. so we kindly request you to take immediate action and save us from this STRAY ANIMALS... pleaseeeeeee. Sir, in kamaraj nagar second street you laid road about 70% and you left remaing during mp election. From then on wards remaing portion is left off, water is stagnaging in the remaing portion, it is inconvince for all road user, since the water stagnated by severval months mousqtiou breeding is un controlable we are forced to infection .I kindly request you to know me what is the reason for not laying the remaing 30 % road. And i further request you to lay the remaing road immediatly.

Dear Sir, I am staying in senthil nagar, thirummulaivayol, Barathidasan street. Chennai - 62. While crossing Barathidasan street, maximum 20 dogs are barking road tresspassing people. It creates nuisance to people by barking and biting too... People who are crossing that street getting scare including 2 wheeler riders also facing accidents on fear. The dogs barking are continuing in morning time and night time also. So, please take the necessary action to remove the street dogs and help the people cross the bharathidasan street without fear. Respected Sir/Madam, I am K.Veeraraghavan, residing at 13/40 Vaishnavi Nagar 4th street extension Sri Davi Vaishnavi Nagar, Avadi Chennai - 109. I am worried about the Garbage bin placed in middle of my plot. The garbage collectors dump the garbage in my plot, which creates health hazards to all. I requested the persons who dump the garbage to shift the garbage bin to end of the road, where it was kept earlier, because we are planning to start a construction in next few week. The existing garbage bin place is not causing any issues to anyone. But happened was, shocking!!! My father asked the Garbage collector to move the bin to the old place, the person was treating my father treble behaving in a ridicules way and said I will keep it here only. My father is a senior citizen who resides in this area for the past 35 year. He was totally disappointed. Kindly I request you to shift the Garbage bin to the end of the road E street, which is of no disturbance to anyone where the collection vehicle can also be easily approached. I expect Avadi municipality will treat all the residents equal and help me, by move the garbage bin to end of the road.

Respected Sir/Madam, We are residing at Thiruvalluvar Street, Kamarajapuram, Pattabiram 600072. I'm writing in necessity of a park/playground for locals living around this suburb. It is from my knowledge this suburb doesn't have any park/playground established. I grow up in the Kamarajapuram area and we used to play at CSI church ground (15 years ago) then we were forced to stop entering the church ground there after. We continued playing on the streets and faced restriction (even ended up in few minor accidents) from various sources. Since then, there wasn't any place to play for children and young adults and space for elderly walking and relaxing. The Southern Structurals Limited (SSL), Located next to Pattabiram Police Station, is shutdown permanently and remain obsolete. I strongly believe this area will be suitable for recreation/ park/ elderly walk area because of the following reasons: 1) Presence of numerous tall trees (mostly more than 50 years old) provide the most required shade area for a park. 2) Conversion of this property in to a park not only services the community of Pattabiram, but also the surrounding suburbs of Avadi and Thiruninravur municipality because of it's well connected location at Chennai-Thiruvalluvar high road. 3) It will be a centre of attraction for all the young population from more than 16 local schools, Jays Institution (colleges and schools), Hindu College and other growing population. 4) Low cost investment: This can be attained by excluding the existing machinery areas and conversion of only already vegetated areas to park / recreation / walking area. 5) Room for development: Future demands for space to accommodate Sport facilities, open air facility and other needs. With corresponding to the welfare to the community and not limited to the reasons mentioned above, I, my family and neighbours ask the Local Government on behalf of all the residents of this area to sincerely consider this request. i'm a resident from thirumullaivoyal, palli vinayagar koil street, i have recently relocated from ambattur by May2014.I was shocked to see an open sewage pool close to the plot which is used by the neighbouring flats.Since this area( thirumullaivoyal) becoming residential area still chennai avadi corporation not taking any adequate step to pump out the sewage. The builder allowed his residents to pump their waste water into his next plot and following to a recent notice from the municipal corporation still the scenario is same..The sanitary dept itself negligibly acting with chronic impact of the open pool..its neglected by everyone and with this stagnant water our drinking water & choke pit is oozing out.The levelled drainage pool water not allowing our waste water to absorb in the choke pits and on every 3 days once we need to hire tanker to dispose it..I need to raise the voice now against the officials & residents who thinks this is right and i was waiting only on the promise from my builder this will discuss and set right..but nothing came fruitful.I will take this matter at my possible level for solution.

Hi, My road (Ambedhkar street, E.S.I. Annanagar) was dug for underground drainage in 2012 and still today they haven't put road. During rainy days vehicles get stuck and its very difficult even to walk. Clay sand gets stuck on shoes and slippers. If there is an emergency even the ambulance or the fire engine cant come. Yesterday it rained and today the condition is worst. My car got stuck. Now we are finding it difficult to take it...

Dear Sir, Everyday we are facing straying dogs menace in the above mentioned areas both during day time as well as night time. There were plenty of dogs straying in all our streets and we are losing sleep especially during night time due to howling sound as well as furious fights taking place between the dogs. The dogs are not sparing any riders who passes through them by chasing violently. The last but not the least the dogs are also not sparing the women and school children making them to scar by barking vociferously. Some dogs are straying with the disease as well and we are not sure enough whether it is affected with Rabies. We all know, if Rabies affected dogs bite a person will be more dangerous and even lead to fatal, if treatment is not attended immediately. Especially small childrens are afraid to play and move freely and all o[censored]s are more scared of these stray dogs which chase us to bite espically night BOP and IT workers facing lot p[censored]se becuase of these dogs. Old aged person are terribily affected due this stray dogs and are dumped in their houses neglecting their walking practice. R.Shankari, SB Nagar, Tirumullai Voyal, chennai-62. 25.7.14 K/a;Commissioner, Avadi Municipality; sir, The underground sewage work was finished more than 4 years ago in SS Nagar/SB Nagar/Tiruvalluavar Nagar & its adjoining areas yet pipe connection to the respective flats/houses had not been given so far. Please inform me when house connections will be given for the same.The Avadi Municipality hadn't demonstarated giving house connection & so people are unsure about your plans though huge money spent on underground sewage system is lying idle/unused for the past 4 years. Kindly expedite the work.

Dear Sir I would like to bring to your knowledge that, I am one of the resident of kamarj street, For the last six months the road has been almost impassable. We have made several complaints. But the road has been neglected for a long time. And same has been informed our 35th Ward in-charge. Dear Sir, I am residing in Plot No.1, Ponnam Pillai Street, Ashok Nagar, Avadi, Chennai -600062 for the past 8 years. Street light is not glowing for the past 4 months in & around the strret.There is no proper metal road.We are struggling to take the children to school in the mud road.Now rainy season has started and road condition is in shabby condition. I am paying house tax to Avadi municipality every year promptly. I am paying Rs.2200/year as a professional tax to Government. Dear sir / madam, the road condition in gopal street thirumullaivoyal is very bad . there are a lot of stones lying on the ground and no vehicle can go without being shaken. this is a very old street and lot of people use the street to access the main road. I'm surprised to see that this road is not getting laid properly with tar or cement concrete but i see several other small streets around are well done. Please help the residents of Gopal street ( near Axis bank ATM on main road). Thanks

Sub ; DRAINAGE WATER FLOWING IN MY HOUSE

We are residing in the above address for the past 10 years. It is very next building of JAYA ARTS COLLEGE, Thiruninravur. In our residence side only Jaya College toilet available. From that toilet damage water flowing in our house. We made so many oral complaints in person to the college Principal, Vice-Principal together instead of clearing that problem, they they construction one more small toilet very close to my house.

Nowadays from the new toilet and old toilet the drainage waters coming in our house regularly. It looks like flood water with black colour and bad smell in the daily evening. The college management is not at all care for listening our matter.

We are having old age parents and small childrens with lot of health problem. Kindly interfere in this matter and do the needful.

office willsend one copy of birthcertificate to avadi muncipality office home department send the copy of the birth certificate on 19/06/14 (NAME IS GHOSHPRASHANJIT) and the file no is17531/ 19/06/14 still one month is over it is local only the birth certificate issued by avadi muncipality only still they have not send...

Dear Sir/ Madam, This is in Gopal Street, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai - 62 (next to Axis Bank ATM/ Sai Agathiya motors on main road). The commercial complex at the entrance of the street has let the drainage water flow to the street and around 75 feet of the street is flooded with drainage water smelling badly and also affects health and safety of children and 1000's of public using this street to access the main road. Also there is no way for public to walk in this street without placing foot in the dirty water. This has been going on for several months and after the recent rain it has worsened. Please help save children and people's health and life by taking necessary action. Thanks

I am a resident of Balaji nagar, kovilpathagai. Ashwin's lotus apartment which is located in Vada malli street, poombhozhil nagar, kovilpathagai has no proper drainage system. There are approximately 8 families living in. Their drainage water rns on the street which has damaged the whole street. This condition wirsens in rainy season. So I on behalf of all residents request u to take action as soon as possible. Thank you.

Respected Sir, I live in Thirumullaivoyal Masilamani Eswarar Nagar this is regarding Drainaga connection at our area. We are finding the difficulty of drainaga connection and we canot solve this issue unless the Drainaga connection need to be connected. We have got the facility of drainage but the connection is not fixed we can't use the facility. Please and kindly help us in connecting the Drainage pipes into the residence. It is very help full for us to prevent the infection and viral fever.

Dear Sir, I am residing in Kennedy Street, srinagar colong, Thirumullaivoil chennai 62. The person coming in the for water supply is reacting like a rogue. The ladies in our area is afraid of him, because he always using bad words. He himself saying he already got many cases. I don't know how the person with many cases got the goverment job. We lost our ground water, so we are depending upon the water supply. He is collecting 40 to 50 rupees from every house for 2 barrels. We are not worrying about paying money, but the words and conduct of that person is not tolerable. Green ashok leyland lorry, with number 4, so can you arrange some other person to supply the water. If you do so, we are very thankful to you. Already we mentioned it to our counselor also, but we didn't get any result. Now we are expecting you will do the favorable thing for us. Thanking you.
