Avadi Municipality — Death certificate regarding

Respected sir, I Mrs. Padma Priya W/O Late Jawahar, aged 45 yrs, Sir, my
husband expired on 21.05.2021, due to COVID-19 + at Avadi GH and last cremation done in Avadi burriel ground maintained by BNR Foundation, I contact with Avadi corporation office, they told, no any certificate are issued now, after lock down they can issued a death certificate, already 11 days left only 10 days more for register my husband Death Details in Avadi corporation, my humble request that please be issue a Death Certificate form at the earliest please.
