Dear Sir/Mam,

I am staying Venkateswara nagar, near Government school backside, thirumullaivoyal, chennai-600062.

In the Venkateswara street there was an empty land, its contained waste garbage its came out bad smell and inserts, mosquitoes, others awful when we cross it.

I request you to clean all wastage as soon as possible

Once all wastage clean going forward no one use this empty land like an waste garbage, can you please take necessary steps its won't happen again..

Street light also not working for since 6 months many times we complaint to e.b office.. but they didn't take necessary action... Please as soon as repair the light ...

I going 6-7 time birth certificate application not recive any time teling next week. What problem I don't know. I requested sir please issue birth certificate

Sir/Madam,
I need NABC certificate for my husband who is in abroad. I have been months reaching AVADI municipality for number of times. Its been 7months I am running for this certificate. Please help me with a proper channel to whom should I contact for getting this certificate. His birth is not registered as he was born at home. I have his affidavit, passport, pan card, Adhaar card and school certificates. kindly help to provide NABC for us to get BIRTH certificate.

In Hindu college near bus stop, there is FCI, on that road near police booth there is a shop opened full day.. even polices are there but no action.

this entices to break the lock-down rule. Please take an immediate action to save some people from CORANA.

The government doing great work.
As per government request we are not going out but government has announced that we will receive grocery and vegetable but vegetable truck came only after a week few vegetables and fruits came but now now no grocery vehicle has not turned up in our area. Please do look into it. As we help you but staying inside plz provide us with the needful things.

I P Punithavathy staying at Plot no.28 8th main road, Defence Colony, Gopalapuram east, pattabiram, Chennai 600072. My neighbour residing rear to my house use to release the waste water and septic tank water at open place next to my house. I informed them several times not to release the water at open place causes unnecessary water stagnation and smell. But still they are continuing the same. Kindly look into this issue and solve it.

Road was occupied by one party .that area aged people and school going kids are more suffering because we want to walk for long distance.school buses and all not coming inside that way so they are picking up only in main road.for emergency the ambulance cannt comes inside the patient has to carry by us to main road.that is road only in area map also .they person who occupied the road they kept one god status and created had temple.we all public have taken many steps to clear that but we din get any suport from govt side .we failed many compliant in avadi corporation, asst secretatory office housing board, v o office, police station but we din get any result.so pls kindly help in this pandamic sitution it will help ful for our resident people.

The following facilities are not available and there are drawbacks. I request you to take necessary action to get rid of grievances

1.The present road conditions in the Ashok Niranjan Nagar are very bad conditions. With tar road facility should be provided immediately

2.Garbage bins should be set up in public places. Due to the fact that it is not present, garbage is dumped in the landfills, causing health problems.

3.Public drinking water supply facility should be set up. And provide drinking water connection to homes

Since this is a ministerial constituency, you should immediately focus and try to find a solution quickly.

I am a resident of Poompozhil Nagar, Avadi. Residents are facing problem due to no mechanism to dispose waste. The garbage collection happens very rarely and they don't come to all streets. Tharamai Street has not seen a garbage collection vehicle in the last 1 month. Where should the residents throw plastic waste? Highly irresponsible management by municipality

Daily in our neighbors house,
Mr.Kesavan (his wife and two son - Mani and santhosh) their friends family members (husband, wife, daughter) coming to their house afternoon and night and keep on irritating us.

We are afraid of Corona virus. We asked them not to come atleast for lockdown but they threatening us.

They creating nuisance by sitting infront of our house. Moreover they are not wearing mask, sanitizer and any Corona measures.

Please take immediate action before we get affected by Corona.

We are living in Avadi paruthipattu near Gurukula Vidhyalaya play school in ashok niranjan nagar.
In our area there is a family who constructed their new house and came to our area before 3months. They didn't constructed their drainage tank inside the house rather they constructed their drainage tank outside the house and the tank is not constructed properly and it's leaking.so we are unable to use that road.please take appropriate steps and clear this issue in our aarea.thank you so much for your help in advance.

TNHB Lig2 70th street... There are nearly ten (20) dogs and above in every street are big troubles to the public and make nuisance sounds at night and also we are afraid it may infect our kids. So please capture these dogs immediately.
Nearly temple and schools are there foot path people and vehicle are troubled and cause accident.. So please do the needful to catch these stray dogs.Land mark fire station opposite side
