I have taken a loan of 8 lakh (9 year tenure) in the year 2019 from AVANSE and was clearly told there would not be any charges on Partial Payment after 6 months of loan commencement. The Interest rate is very high and these guys exploit the term FLOATING RATE and my RATE OF INTEREST increased steadily from 10.2% to 11.6% in span of 3 years.
Bump it up a little more and it feels like I took a PERSONAL LOAN instead.
When I made a partial payment in August 2019 NO CHARGE was levied (Surprised! they did follow the Policy agreement) and very recently
I have made a Partial Payment and was charged for this (What a Bummer) and on enquiring with the Customer Care, the person was too rude to listen to the customer and hung up without notice. Face is the index of mind they say, and clearly the behavior of Customer Care people shows how disrespectful the company is towards Customers after taking the loan.
Another call to the person who sanctioned me the loan, said that policies have been updated and you do not even get an updated Loan Document to your address. They just do it in their DREAMS and Customers are expected to be aware of these stupid policies by regularly looking up their poorly designed website. Furthermore, when I cited examples of other banks like HDFC and AXIS NOT CHARGING on part payments, he told comparisons should not be made. How else will people take LOANS ? Stupidity! By now, I was tired of sending mails and having pointless discussions with various people of the organization.
I opted for their loan in rush of things and I HUMBLY REQUEST TO NOT take a loan EVER from AVANSE. They LOOT the customers on the name of POLICY CHANGES. Was this information helpful? |
