Avenues India — Amount debited to my account towards the cost of dry fruits from fruityfair

There is an advertisement regarding sale of dry fruits in the face book. I have ordered for 5 kgs of dry fruits worth of Rs.1405/- and the payment was made from my account to Avenues India private ltd. There was no response after deducting my account. Transaction reference number is IGANWHKCF6 on 2nd July 2022. Please arrange to refund my money as there is no response from the company so far
