Avenues India — amount debited to my bank account but not credited to the account of bharat gas.

On 18/8/2017 i logged on to bharat gas being their customer to register my refilling of gas cylinder.
My bank account with union bank of india got debited by rs.537.32
Bharat gas agency here in the city refuses to have received the amount.
Kindly pay rs.537.32 back to me.
The contents of teansaction in my bank account on 18/08/2017 is as under.
