On 16/02/23 an amount of Rs. 1107 and on 06/3/23 an amount of 350 debited from my account to Avenues india pvt lim, as far as my knowledge I am not associated with this company in any form nor I authorized this payment, I need a refund of this amount or a explanation for the transfer.

    On March 29, 2022 Rs.16, 400 were debited from my SBI savings account without any transaction made from my end. I do not use this account except for locker purpose. Please see below the reference of the transaction and request you to do the needful to refund my amount.

        I wanted to place an order of minifreeze 3.2 cu.ft on globalcollection.in, the site i came to know from goggle.
        Now payment was made via sbi internet banking an amt of 1099.
        Looking into bank statement, found details of Avenues india pvt.ltd and contacted, who advise to contact paytm.
        I am puzzled and assuming fraud, i am requesting you to arrange refund of the amt since i am a senior citizen.

        OUTCOME IS AS FOLLOWS:-
        MONEY WAS PAID TO - Queen enterprise.
        Last 3 digit of contact no 023 and last 4 digit RBL bank a/c no 1247.
        PLEASE ARRANGE TO INVESTIGATE AND ARRANGE REFUND

          I thought many times what if some some company would take money without my knowledge from my bank account. Yes. This happend to me. One year ago they deducted a small amount from my bank. I thought they have deducted because i would have transffererd money from my bank. So i saw the thing very carelessly. But before some months in 2022 they have deducted ₹4240. Even without my knowledge. So i raised an complaint in a website. But they din't take any actions. Few months ago they dedected ₹600. I wonderd they are dedecting for any reasons or they are a fraud. So i am raising complaint in this website. So plz some one answer me.If some one dose it i will be very happy and i need my money back.

              On Saturday I forwarded 25562 from my account to insurance through online. I got the Mail from bank that the money was deducted and they showed in Mail as Avenue New Insurance. Till now you people didn't forward my money insurance. But on December month I did in the same way. That was proper. Then why this time you are doing like this. I kindly request you to refund my money. Please

                  I ordered one toy car thro shopelse.in on 16.10.22 and an amount of Rs. 319/- deducted from my SBI account. Reference no. Is[protected]IGAOMIZEZ8 TRANSFER TO 4. Till date not received toy cars.

                  Please arrange to refund the amount.

                            A payment of Rs 525 to TATA Play was made on 11/ 07/2022 which went unsuccessful (Order no. TD[protected]. The money was not credited either to TATA Play or refunded into my Account. After regular conversation with TataPlay, CCAvenue and PayTM, I got to know that the money has been fraudulently transfered to INB Avenues India Pvt Ltd. I don't know whose fault this is. I have waited for 3 months as per RBI guidelines to complaint to Ombudsman, however, I want to try one last time through your forum.
