Amount not received in bank account refunded from Swiggy app

Refund was credited by Swiggy app on 31/03/2023 of rs.400.
The amount has not been received in my bank account since 25 days as of now.

Kindly issue the refund asap through the UTR number provided. The transaction was credited through UPI in my account was has not been received. I have contacted the branch but the amount has still not been credited till now

AMB charges recovery deduction

I have two bank accounts with JKBANK and the balance of both the accounts never fell below the minimum balance limit. But still the bank charged me more than 1000 per account as AMB cherges recovery. The jkbank is looting customers in one or the other way. Few months back atm charges were deducted from my account although I don't have ATM card for that account....

No money received from atm but deducted from account

I was trying to withdraw money from atm branch Kaller Rajouri jk bank branch atm rupees 5000, but atm did not disburse money even after all operation successful. I registered complaint bearing number[protected] with costumers care helpline desk of jk bank and they assured me that cash will be refunded after 5 days, but 8 day passes no cash was refunded.

sudden deduction as amb charges

So yesterday i logged into my mpay app and checked my account balance. But to my surprise i'm finding that my account has been debited by 148rs as amb charges.. I don't know anything about this amb charges neither was i told about it before.
It would be really convenient to let people know first why they're being charged instead of suddenly debiting money from their accounts....

I just want to know why my account has been debited several times for not maintaining of AMB when my account was maintained since beginning.
Without any consent or any kind of information/intimation how charges has been levied from my account..
It is not the first time when my account debited several times.
You can check the back history that Bemina branch has also charged some irrelevant...

bccalc recovery charges and atm recovery charges.

I have a salary account in Jammu and Kashmir bank on 11th Oct my account was debited amount Rs. 576.14 for BCCALC Recovery Charges and Rs. 47.20 as ATM Recovery Charges. I do not under stand the meaning of these Charges please return these amount to my Account.
These terms are not understandable so bank should notify customers about the same and make us aware.

bccalc recovery charges

Some of your branch has debited over 200 rs of my cd account recently.

complaint against bank manager

My father's salary account was in jammu and kashmir bank bakshi nagar jammu, he died, 8 months ago, he had some payment in my father's account. Even after completing all the documentation process of the bank, the bank manager took one month and still did not pay the payment to my mother's account and it was not talk properly with me and i can't get the right answer from her. money deducted from account without having received the amount

I used a j and k bank atm near jawahar nagar, srinagar, jammu and kashmir on 13th of september, 2018. I had entered an amount of 5000 rupees to be withdrawn. The atm didn’t give out any money but an amount of rs 5000 was deducted from my account. Kindly deposit the money back into my account as soon as possible.

complaint against employees
