I was making an online purchase from eassymall.com but order not placed but cash deducted to avenue India private limited on may 1st 2020..please respond and do needful

On 24 April 2020 rupees 1531 has deducted from my account without my concern. This is very Irresistible behaviour of you give back my money other wise I'll file complaint against you

I had a loan emi to pay by 2nd may of every month of 4375 rupee. And i have made in advance on 30th april, 2020.

Then why another payment is deducted by bajaj finance for the same amount from my hdfc bank account no [protected].

And i have attached screenshot with my transaction reference number.

I need my money back asap you cant deduct it two times as it is illegal.

On 02 April 2020 an amount of Rs 1834 debited from my bank account, the said transaction neither the amount credited in my DTH account nor the same re credited in my bank account.

I made online shopping prepayment order for xiami mobile device redmi note-8 on 21st april, 2020 at 3.51 pm through www.mi-home.in.The payment of rs 9999/- was made through net banking payment gateways of avenues india private limited dt 21/4/2020 at 3.51 pm.

However when contacted to customer care of xiami made clarification to me through mail that they have not received any such prepaid order and neither have any connection with the fradulent website on which order was placed. Also said that having placed the order on fraud website http://mi-home.in as fake website trying to fool consumers by taking money

The details of net banking transaction made is as per below description:

Therefore, request avenues india private limited for refund of the amount as earliest as possible. The complain regarding same has been communicated through mail [protected]@ccavenue.com also.

Today on 23 apr 20 i payed my ward fees via entab. As i pay my ward fees using app entab for the month of apr to jun 20 i. E. A sum of amount 14, 201.00 rupees. The amount has been deducted from my account sbi bank. Vide ref no.[protected]igaimusob4 with a replied text message-

Thx for inb txn of rs.14201 frm a/c x5645 to avenues in... Ref#igaimusob4 on 23apr20. If not done, fwd this sms to [protected] to block inb or call [protected]

During the transaction connecting with partner bank it failed i don't know what reason but fees to my ward was not payed to the school (Ncs goa). While checking my account it shows account debited with an amount of 14, 201.00 to inb avenues india private limited vide ref / check no.[protected]igaimusob4. But fees not payed to school. As such it is a big amount and required to be paid before 28 apr 20. So it is my request plz look after this and take necessary action at your end.

Today i recieved a unknown call from someone the number is (+91 [protected]) they address told me from guwahati dispur assam.

+[protected] he asked me to click on a link on a phone pe account and immediately my money got deducted through my account (2499, 999, 199) i. E ₹ 3697 from my axis account

I dont have raised complaints in my bank account because lock down period it's closed. I didn’t even entered my pin or uti pin but still my amount got deducted.

I made an online payment to Indian Oil on April 11 2020 at 11.57 AM.
The amount was debited from my account but Indian Oil says that they did not receive the money at their end.

Hi I was recharging my vediocon d2h rs 580 inr. It's been deducted but recharge was not done.even d2h has not received any information regarding the same.though I have received a message and statement issued by bank.

After trying to renew the license of kaspersky through online sbi net banking on 30.3.2020, the money of rs. 764 was debited from my account but it then did not go back to the merchant site but showed transaction timed out and renewal was not successful. I tried it again and again my money got debited but it was not successful. Please do refund the total, rs. 1528 asap....

My account is deducted with 7900 on 29th march 2020 by sbi.

On 29th march 2020 i recharged rs281/ for dish tv a/c throw sbi internet banking (Avenues india private ltd) site ref no-1098/02820531gaikdrd15, about 9pm but till now it was not happened. Please you refund my money. Yesterday i have send an e-mail to the avenue india site that complain no was 237826. Please check & take necessary step quickly. I am awaiting for your positive response.
