I have tried to purchase a book through snap deal and I have made the request of payment.However the payment has been transferred to INB Avenues India Pvt Ltd.I have attached the payment details.

I tried to book tickets online through redbus.in.

My Order No.64539688 from CCAvenue and Order No.64540836 from CCAvenue

But I could nmot get any tickets but amount was transferred from my account to CCAVENUE through SBI net Banking on Feb 6, 2016 The other details are

I made a recharge of 158 airtel 2g internet pack, but the recharge was not completed and my balance was deducted from my account. So please check the recharge

Money not reaching the intended destination and lost to Avenues Pvt Ltd on way.

While I was doing an electricity bill payment from the mobikwik portal I made a payment through netbanking of State Bank of India,
which was immediately communicated to me through SMS:


In the account statement of my SBI account it shows as follows:
12Jan16 : CCADA2YAD116IG0BHGSEC7
TRANSFER TO 4 Amount: 360/-

This however has not resulted in the payment having reached MSEB Mumbai and subsequent issue of any bill.
Payment was not acknowledged by them at all.

This has never happened earlier as I have been buying numerous bills from them through netbanking of State Bank of India.
This is obviously a software glitch of the payment Gateway causing my money to be lost to Avenues Pvt Limited.
It is therefore required that INB Avenues Pvt Ltd immediately refund the money to my State Bank Account and inform the same to me.

Also, 19-Jan-2016 Rs.50 deducted and TRANSFER TO INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd Ref No. is CCADA1YVW569IG0BIJEHX1 TRANSFER TO 4.

I did not made any online transactions then how it deducted my amount, what is the reason behind this.

Please refund my money back.

This is to bring your notice that I booked ticket through site but surprised with embarrassing situation come across at theater.

The theater management said that they do not have online booking system? Details of the same are given below for your information & scrutiny.

Now whom should i approach for refund? Who's account the amount has been credited?. In spite of booked tickets by paying amount, i had to pay again on the same day since i was with my family and no body from the theater ready to answer me.
The question is not about Rs.160/- but wrong system. Theater people not at all responding and careless, in spite questioning me, "why did you booked in online, when there is no rush? and we have already instructed TICKETNEW people to remove theater name from the booking list". Whom should be blamed now and who would refund me?

Kindly requesting you take some action against both TICKETNEW & Theater for their lapses.
